You just have to get 1 person to hate you so you can meet Reggie, then you'll get an app to talk to him whenever. Use a candy to redo the person you got a hate ending with and bam. Specifically getting the love ending with Reggie tho, I'll add it under the cut for spoilers

For Reggie's love ending, when he's teaching you to be hateful, you have to pick the most obvious incorrect answer. It'll take a few interactions, but eventually, he'll get frustrated and says he hates you. All you have to do is pick that you want him to "hate" you and badda bing badda boom

Found some article saying you can only get love with Reggie if everybody else hates you, but this achievement leads me to believe there has to be another way. And I intend to find it.

Or, if anyone already knows the way, please let me know.
