A pale humanoid being with their head up in the clouds. (Tbh the cloud is a part of his head)

His eyes don't often appear and are mainly kept under all those clouds.

Quite a toony fella, always making silly quips about anybody! (Except to children. We don't hurt children's feelings around here.)

Just so you know, He's not alone! He has 2 little shits black raincoats that he adopted found from a dumpster! (Those two.. uhh... Have axes? Dunno haven't thought about that much.)

Unless it's raining, that's when the true fun happens!

Btw his umbrella is also a gun, just so you know that. It can be quite unexpected.
