Roleplay Guide

RP (Roleplay) : To act and speak as if you are the character you’re portraying. To roleplay is as much about what not to say as what to say. It means to keep your speech in the context of the setting in which your character exists. Context can be defined as both time and place.

IC (In Character) : Anything that happens in the roleplay world (e.g. a conversation between two characters, traveling to a distant town, bathing in the lake and so on) while not being out of character.

OOC (Out of Character) : Anything that takes place outside the roleplay world (e.g. a conversation which is not related to your character).

M!T (Mun!Talk) : Anything that takes place outside the roleplay world (e.g. a conversation which is about your real life).

3D RP : A roleplayer who is using non-animated or human faceclaim/character.

MG (Metagaming) : Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character (e.g Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location, or knowing someone’s name or story without them telling you or without any special ability).

Muse : Refers to a player’s ideas for writing a character, a muse can also refer to the will to respond to a role play.

AU (Alternate Universe) : A world which strays away from the canon world either a little or entirely (e.g You’re roleplaying as Siwon in Mafia!AU, so your character name is Siwon but your job is not a singer but a mafia).

Canon : The original source that the character come from (e.g You’re roleplaying as Sansa Stark from Game of Thrones without changing anything, or you’re roleplaying as Im Yoona from Idolverse without changing anything).

Idolverse : Our universe slash real life where idols such as SNSD, EXO, etc. exist.

FC (Face Claim) : The person or character used to portray the appearance of your character.

Godmodding : A character whose abilities are limitless, and an act of forcibly causing something to happen (e.g Controlling your partner’s character).

Mary Sue/Gary Stu : A character which happens to be ‘perfect’ without any flaws.

MuMu (Multimuse) : An account with more than one character in use (e.g You’re roleplaying as someone from Idolverse, someone from Game of Thrones, and an OC).

Multipara/Novella : A roleplay which can go from a quick one line answer to being several paragraphs long. It is an extended version where greater detail and made to sound as much like a story as possible.

Mun/Writer : The person behind the character.

One-Liner : A roleplay in which you reply with only one line. Not many people use it, but it is acceptable and is useful for a speedy roleplay and if you’re short on time.

Semi-Para : A roleplay which only uses a couple of sentences but usually not an entire paragraph of text.

Open RP : When anyone is allowed to respond to the post/rp/starter.

Self-Insert : A character which represents the mun.

Selective : When a roleplayer is picky with whom are they interacting/following.

Starter : Beginning post of a roleplay.

Verse : Universe or World the roleplay is set in.

Literate : A roleplayer who does not use chatspeak, spells words correctly, and has proper usage and grammar. Usually their rp is very lengthy.

Descriptive : A roleplayer whose rp is written very well in a very detailed way, it usually is more in a story style of writing.

Mir-Lit (Mirrored Literacy) : A roleplayer whose style of roleplaying is depending on their partner (e.g If your partner is using multipara style, then you’re also using multipara style while interacting with them).

Multiverse : A roleplayer who is capable of roleplaying with several different person or in several different universe at the same time, in short, you are in multiple universes at the exact same time.

Crossover : It is a state where two characters from different universe met.

We are opening registration for new members everyday.

O1. Make sure you have read, understood, and complied to agree with all the rules.

O2. Ask us through dm (for faster response) or scroll through our following or check out the masterlist to make sure that your desired character/faceclaim is available. If you don’t know who to rp as then check our wishlist!

O3. Before joining us you will have to answer the questions in the form below, and i'm hoping to hear honest answers coming from you.

O4. We will tell you whether you are accepted or not a day after your submit the form.

O5. Ask for a verification tweet from us through mention ONLY!

Verif Format for Canon/3D RPs: “Hello! This is (your name) from (your group or agency (for soloists, models, actors, etc.) speaking and i’m willing to follow the rules. (attach a picture of your chara, a HD one will be very appreciated, and no fantaken picture please!)“

Verif Format for OC/AU RPs: “Hello! This is (your OC/AU’s name) using (your FC) as her/his fc speaking and i’m willing to follow the rules. (attach a picture of your faceclaim, a HD one will be appreciated, and no fantaken picture please!)”

O6. After that, you’re allowed to follow all the people in our following list and interact with them, don’t have to wait until we verify you. Don’t forget to put ‘家’s (your house)’ somewhere on your bio or location. For example: ‘家’s Targaryen’

RULES

O1. We are a semi-less intl open agency with 80% English and 20% Others, english MUST be a prominent language among your tweets, talking in other languages is not forbidden as long as you’re able to minimize it. You must use brackets while talking about anything which is related to your mun and ooc stuffs.

O2. All stars (including models, actors, public figures, blogebrities, etc.) are welcomed dearly. We accept Canon, AU, and OC RPs.

O3. Crossgender is allowed. Love wins. Move-in couples are welcomed!

O4. We are NOT accepting multimuse/multichara account, 2D RPers, twins (except for SL purposes and idols who actually are twins irl), MarySue/GaryStu OCs, and nickname user (unless it’s your baptist name or OC’s nickname)!

O5. Free username but must be related to your character or group. Always put '家's (your house)' on your location or bio. One account per head. Using bots, jfb dn, auto-tweet, and such are not allowed.

O6. You are allowed to be in 3 agencies including us, make sure you’re interacting well with our citizens. Follow and be friendly to everyone in the family without exception.

O7. If your account is new, reaching 65 tweets within a day is a must. Please join with your main acc. Inactivity for 6 days will lead to a kick out.

O8. Semi-hiatus will last for a week, hiatus will last for two weeks, and long hiatus will last for a month. Make sure to knock our dm if you’re planning to take a hiatus or leave or change the owner of your account.

O9. Understand the definition of Canon, 3D, OC, and AU (check our Guide for more info).

1O. Cc/face swap is unlimited, but you can only do that once a month. Tcc/temporary swap is allowed, it only lasts for 3 days. No need to ask for our permission, but make sure you don’t ts as someone who’s already in our family.

12. Do not start any drama or fanwar! No bigots and derogatory words (such as n*gga, cr*cker, etc.)! Minimize the use of cusswords! No cliques or squads!

13. We accept rated account, but anything related with 18+ stuffs are not allowed on timeline. Please do those kind of things in your dm! Avoid posting triggering images (horror, gore, etc.) on timeline.

14. For OC/AU RPs, please make a web/thread for your OC/AU’s basic information and personality.

15. No mention time every friday from 12 AM to 12 PM JST! You must not interact with people outside of our family during the aforementioned time. We will be giving you a simple Japanese lesson every Saturday at the end of the month.
