Pot Maya or Patachitra 2017 to be held on Nov 11-13, 2016 At Naya, Pingla, Paschim Medinipur. Naya village is 3-4 hour drive from Kolkata and 2 hour drive from Midnapore. The village has a folk art resource centre ( CHITRATARU ) which showcases Patachitra paintings and products. Workshops are also held with visitors learning the process of making natural paint. You can visit the newly built Community Museum, attend workshop, meet the artists in daytime and enjoy folk program in the evening. Relish this weekend by visiting there with your friends and family.. Get some new experiences as well.🙂 Mela: Nov 11 - 13, 2017 : 11 am - 9 pm. Folk Programmes : Nov 11 & 12 : 6 - 9 pm.
