I don't know how many of these I shared earlier. Some have text, but many more don't. The room looks mostly the same, as depression hit me hard around this time, and I haven't revisited my dolls much.

The plush are from my great-aunt's house, taken home after she passed in 2019. The Glinda and angel Barbie (and other things in that box) are from @sycamore.

The highlight is Wren (Tonner Antoinette mannequin), painted by @dolljunk.

It is interesting to me that Elio is being picked apart for multiple things but the number one issue I have with it is that it's a Pixar film that isn't starring an adult character. I've talked to my coworkers, who like animated films, about it and they mostly think it's aimed a lot younger due to the protagonist's age, vs Pixar's most popular films being about adults in fantastical situations.

Also yeah I do think Pixar's current flop era is the fact a lot more of them star younger protags now unless it's a sequel or spinoff.

Pretending you're fine when people cross your boundaries doesn't make you a really nice person, it just makes you a really shitty communicator. Far too many people pride themselves on being "too nice" when it's just that they have zero conflict resolution skills and will seethe in resentment for months instead of articulating the problem

I'm US based, but I'd honestly only be interested in maybe help shipping at most. Idk if that makes it worth it when she's still available at the creations shop, but figured I'd offer.

I already have a Corazon I'm in the midst of customising but tbh I kind of want a secondary one to fully repaint and redress in a secondary outfit lol

It still probably would work out cheaper paying shipping than doing whatever Mattel is up to but if you dont wanna deal with the post office thats fine lol

today's work - put the Volks Rio head on a Zaoll body to see how it looks (size so much better than a Volks bod with that tiny little face imo, color mismatch is abysmal), and start painting the dolljunk Peteena head to match the LOL OMG boy body

Found my stash of Capsule Chix, and decided to hybrid my fav Zombae doll onto one of the bodies.

I had to fill in the head cavity with some hot glue to make up for the size difference in head pegs, but I'm thrilled with how perfect this match is.
