Bring back the weird noises from Classic Who. Why does everything have to be so polished and fancy nowadays I want a weird duck-like instrument playing a 5 second instrumental between scenes
there are some internet friends where eventually you start calling them by their real name and then there’s times where its like nah son your name is crispy forever
First Doctor: A grandpa who was stubborn and arrogant until Barbara stepped up and absolutely taught the old man a humbling lesson. Thank you Barbara
Second Doctor: a mysterious and funny little guy. he would play short songs on his beloved recorder. he has unrestrained summer fun. his frivolousness could take advantage of his foes. he's a sweetheart to a kilt-wearing scotsman who travelled with him. why the fuck would the bbc and the time lords get rid of their memories
Third Doctor: Firm, precise, and straightfoward. He's the mother hen (according to Pertwee). A gentle 6'3" giant to earthlings. He's a grandpa who somehow has experience in multiple martial arts and sword fighting. He has an enemy rival who's his ex-boyfriend that he still has a crush on. His firmness with his situation contrasts the Second Doctor's frivolousness
Fourth Doctor: He's got so much enthusiasm in those big ol' eyes. Even his cheeky wide grin is as iconic as his unintentionally long scarf. He's the definite autism creature. "Oh, look! Rocks!" is such a funny line
Fifth Doctor: A cricket enthusiast who probably crossed paths with Richie Benaud once in his spare time. Poor lad had to look after 4 kids in the midst of chaos, one of them who had died trying to save a planet. Fifth doctor's a father-in-law now
Sixth Doctor: He's a strange guy. He wears a coat of mix-and-match colors. He nearly strangled his companion to death after his regeneration, knocked security guards into a pool of chemicals, got put on trial by the time lords, and got nerfed by the BBC for being too poorly done. bonus points for the cat brooches tho
Seventh Doctor: similar to the Second Doctor in terms of height and personality. He's a magician. A wizard, perhaps. His travelling friend is a young adult woman who likes to blow up things. He likes to roll his Rs because it's fun. mr sassy pants
Eighth Doctor: Everytime I look at him from 1996 I feel nostalgic. He emanates 1990s/early 2000s nostalgia energy. He looks so whimsical. It's making me sad tbh. Also the fact that he was dragged into war some time later is gut-wrenching, too. Nostalgia makes me tear up sometimes
people with machine-generated "art" will never outperform the glory of art that are intended to have long timespans such as Organ²/ASLSP by John Cage being played at the Halberstadt Cathedral. Very Slowly. For 639 years.
