Not to be confused with some other mfs (Thomas Briggs - Wikipedia), Thomas Briggs was a British kid who went by the name of SirTom93. He was an (at the time) 16-year-old Norfolk citizen, student of Attleborough High School and Newgrounds user.

He had around 28 movies and games, and 11k posts in Newgrounds, with one of his games being Space Cave, a game which he made all by himself, without collaborating with anyone. And though being a music fan, never really submitted any music. Another thing he posted on his Newgrounds was a thread of him talking about burning down his school...

Around March 17, 2009, at 10:40am, Thomas made a post on Newgrounds, saying "Today at 11:30 GMT I will attack my school with arson and other forms of violence. Those bastards will pay." 18 minutes later, some guy in Montreal named Rig snitched on him, and called the Norfolk police to arrest Thomas. Tom Fulp's older brother (Wade Fulp) also snitched on him too. And on 11:30am, Thomas was arrested before he could even commit the arson attack. In his schoolbag was a fricking firearm, a knife, a canister of flammable liquid and matches for the liquid. He ended up being custody on the same day.

The next day, Thomas made a few phone calls in prison. During the calls, he claimed that he wasn't "planning to commit an attack", and was only "showing off the knife, matches and the canister" (BIGGEST LIE OF THE CENTURY)

Then, in November, he posted "Hey guys :3" to his Newgrounds account, while in a mental hospital. A week later, he said that he would be out of the hospital in March. But later in June 9, he would have a hearing in the Norwich Crown Court, and he would be released later.

After being released, his account was hacked, with the hacker leaving a newspost saying that he wouldn't "fail and the ashes will be in all our hands" His job description was also changed to "serial killer".

In 2017, PDrone made his first and only post, an update about SirTom93, with this photo of him.

In the post, PDrone says: "I met Thomas last year after he moved to Australia. He told me about his past on here. He wanted me to tell you all he was very sick back then and was living in a fantasy world where he lost touch from reality and he has since grown up and gotten treatment and has started a new life abroad. He wishes to apologize for the trouble he caused you all and to tell you that he has recovered 100%. He no longer has any desire to come onto this website but if you would like me to pass any messages onto him I will."

Mass attacks that happened on December 8

There's a lot of mass attacks that've occured on December 8 (today), sooooo, why not make a post about the many attacks that happened on that day? Btw, this was originally gonna be posted on r/masskillers, but I got fcking banned there goddammit >:( So here's the people who committed mass attacks on that day:

David Esco Welch

On December 8, 1986, then 28/29-year-old David Esco Welch broke into his ex girlfriend's house in Oakland, California with his new girlfriend (Rita Lewis), and armed with a handgun, killed 6 people (including his ex, her 4 family members and a guest) while they were sleeping. 2 more people were injured in the attack. After that, he and his girlfriend were arrested, and David was given the death penalty, where he's now in death row awaiting execution. His girlfriend was sentenced to 51 years to life imprisonment.

Frank Vitkovic

A year later in 1987, 22-year-old Frank Vitkovic went inside a building inside 191 Queen Street, Melbourne, Australia, armed with a sawn-off M1 Carbine rifle. Feeling angered over one his former school friends (Con Margelis), he had a desire to kill him. However, since Margelis survived the attack because of Frank's rifle jamming, Frank snapped and just decided to kill a bunch of innocent people. Unfortunately for Frank, he was tackled during the attack, with his rifle even being snatched away and placed into a freezer. But Frank managed to break away from the people who're tackling him, and he jumped off a window, falling to his death. In total, 8 people died in the shooting, and 5 were injured.

Roland James Smith Jr.

8 years later in 1995, 51-year-old Roland James Smith Jr. (also known as Aboudima Moulika) went inside Freddy's Fashion Mart in Harlem, New York, armed with a flammable liquid and .38 revolver. He had a strong hatred of Freddy's Fashion Mart, since that store didn't want to employ black people. And because of this, and due to his disdain towards white people, he ordered all of the black customers to leave the mart. After that, he setted the store on fire with said flammable liquid. He then shot at 2 officers, and injured 4 other people who tried to escape the fire. After setting the mart on fire, he shot himself. 7 people died from smoke inhalation, while 4 people were injured by shooting.

David Cedric Morgan

On the same day of the fashion mart attack, a 30-year-old man named David Cedric Morgan went inside a Rackhams department store in Birmingham, England. He was a schizophrenic man and had very violent thought about women, even being arrested once for attacking women in the street. But on that day, he went inside the store with a butcher's knife and a bread knife. There, he began attacking women, first stabbing a manager named Karen Crosby, then Jan Twining (who was slashed in the neck), then Kay Pilkington to the throat, and attacked many more women until he was beaten with a golf club, and later subdued. He was arrested, and later sent to life imprisonment. Thankfully, nobody died in the attack, but 15 people were wounded, a few of them needing to get stitches.

Abbas al-Baqir Abbas

5 years later, in 2000, 33-year-old Abbas al-Baqir Abbas (a member of Takfir wal-Hijra) went on a shooting rampage in a mosque in Jarafa, Sudan. Armed with a Zastava M70AB2 rifle, he hid behind a window and shot at the people who were praying in the mosque. The people inside were members of Ansar al-Sunna, a group that was rivals with Takfir wal-Hijra, and they were all males. Speaking of, he only wanted to target the males and avoided shooting at the females-section of the mosque. When police came, he refused to surrender, and instead got into a shootout, where he'd end up dying. In total, 22 people were killed, and 32 were injured (including an officer).

Nathan Miles Gale

4 years later in 2004, a 25-year-old former Marine named Nathan Miles Gale went inside the Alrosa Villa nightclub in Columbus, Ohio, armed with a Beretta 92FS pistol. During the attack, a band called Damageplan was performing a concert inside the nightclub. Nathan barged into the stage, and shot one of the band members (Dimebag Darrell), killing him. with the addition of 3 other people being injured, he had also killed 3 more people, that being: - Jeff Thompson, a head of security for Damageplan - Erin Halk, an employee of the nightclub - and Nathan Bray, and Damageplan fan who was trying to help one of the victims.

After that, a police officer named James Niggemeyer killed him with his shotgun. In total, 4 people died, and 3 were wounded. The motive of the attack remained unknown, though some speculated that the shooting was fueled by his mental illness and his obsession with the band Pantera. Dimebag used to be in Pantera, before he later went to Damageplan, which may've caused Nathan to commit the attack.

Oreanna Myers

On December 8, 2020, in Williamsburg, Virginia, a 25-year-old Oreanna Myers shot and killed 5 of her children with a .410 single-shot shotgun. 3 of her kids were here biological children, while 2 were her stepchildren. After the shooting, she set her house on fire, left the house and shot herself near a picnic table. She was mentally ill, and before the attack, even 3 notes, one being a suicide note, stating that her "demons" had won over her. Another being a confession note, in which she wrote about how she was responsible for the attack, and stated that "This is no one’s fault but my own". The shooting was also possibly influenced by her being absent from her house. Her husband had been away from her house because of a recent car accident.

There's like probably many more attacks that happened on December 8, but these were the ones that I know about.
