Normalize realistic gains!!! Fuck!!! Normalize loosing weight after you’ve gained weight too, because that happens!! Our bodies are on their own schedule, doing their own thing. Constantly changing, continuously fluctuating. Getting upset or annoyed when a model isn’t “gaining fast enough” for you is some backwards shit; especially when you’re not the one putting yourself out there, actively living in their body.
