Mother of pearl buttons in the front and on the wriest. Trim detail is beautiful. There are very few flaws in this guy such as spots around the neckline that I have show in a picture, there are yellow circles showing these spots. Tag has faded but from touch this item appears to be a poly blend of some sort. VTG 80's Don Elliot Silk Cocktail Jacket

Description: Amazing VTG condition at nearly 40 years old! I have hardly worn this item and i t's just too amazing to sit in the third floor closet. There are no tags for the materials but it feels like a silk blend with what feels and looks like taffeta with sequins. The buttons alone are spectacular and one-of-a-kind! Has some discoloration on the inner lining but doesn't affect the wear. Taffeta (I think it's taffeta) and sequins are in perfect condition. Made in the USA.
