there’s this cargo locomotive that’s very close to my house and almost every night since my childhood i’ve heard it’s song. my family says it’s annoying but i think the sounds it makes are beautiful. when im having trouble sleeping it sings me a song to go to bed, the whistles and rumbles are like a lullaby to me.

but lately the noise has stopped. for the past week, the train hasn’t been coming lately. im so sad for some reason. the train doesn’t know me. i don’t know the train driver. why does it feel like a lover left me? when will it come back??

i don’t think im objectum and im kind of scared that i might be but this was a very telling experience.

I hope the locomotive comes back for you.
