"Love Don't Roam"
I always found The Doctor (specifically the Tenth) and Hohenheim to be very similar, as immortal drifters who long for companionship and a peaceful life but are unable to stop roaming the world (or universe) because their are problems to sort out.
Also, I thought Father encapsulated Davros pretty well, what with the science aesthetic.
