I've lost my love for working out. I have my reasons even though nothing should come between yourself and having a healthy life. I hate it when I go to the gym and there are people sitting on the machines texting, talking on the phone, or simply just don't know how to use the machines and  they're just in the freakin way! I work from 8-5 so I go to bed at 10 which doesn't leave a lot of workout time. No excuse I know but now what?

Homemade Granola. 1/2c. Pure Honey 1/3tbsp cinnamon (I think, lol) 1c. Chopped Pecans 1/2c. EVOO @gettingmylifeback what'cha think friend? Healthy, no sugar, yeah!
