Out of your characters who is most likely to become a killer?

It’s definitely not him. Obviously. It’s not like he’s already killed someone.

You being you gave it away. You just seem like you want it all the time.
"I do want it all the time. The question is, why don't you? Sex is great."
He's literally the biggest whore, anon.

Enzo now
He's very much shy about it, and would never tell a soul, but...
He too likes puppy play, and some very light bondage and asphyxiation. Emphasis on the very light because he gets overwhelmed very easily. Because he can get overwhelmed very easily, some days he really enjoys sensory deprivation as well.
He also likes being treated like a baby, but then again, that isn't necessarily a kink.

How do you deal with wanting to die all the time it's been happening to me a lot lately
Both Marco and Enzo have answers for this! Enzo, being Enzo, would rather keep quiet and let Marco speak on his behalf.
"Don't live for yourself, live for other people. Everyone tells you not to, but if I don't want to live, living for me doesn't really work. I'll live for football, my family, my fans. Eventually it won't hurt so much. Live for your fucking plant, who else is going to water it? Who cares, as long as you're still living.
"Doing things helps, too. I think less about shit like that if I'm busy training or something. You'll stop thinking about it completely at some point, because you'll be so focused on having a good life."
He can be motivational sometimes, see?
He would also recommend smoking weed, but— 'don't do drugs, stay in school' is apparently the message he's supposed to be sharing?

Marco first!
Shrugs.
"Bondage, choking, all that pet and puppy stuff— ... Maybe some humiliation, too. "
He hardly speaks English, but of course he knows the kinks and is very much open with them.

Enzo! I was not aware you had a puppy!
"I do! He's not really a puppy anymore, he's a big boy. I adopted him from a shelter as a puppy, but he's about a year old now! His name is Nero!"
Look at his beautiful boy.

Santiago Torrero  — Full Character Biography
✗ General Information: ✗ Name: Santiago Iker Torrero (FC: Iker Casillas). Nickname(s): Tigo, Ti, Santi. Gender: Cisgender male Age: 33 (08/23). Height: 5'10" (1.78m). Weight: 185 lbs (84kg). Born: Madrid, Spain. Current Residence: Turin, Italy and New York City, NY, USA Sexuality: Gay polyamorous. Occupation(s): Retired professional footballer (goalkeeper).
✗ Personality: ✗      Santiago often describes himself as nothing but a regular guy. He doesn’t act like a spoiled rich brat, nor does he act like a celebrity. He acts like a regular person who would live in a typical middle class neighborhood; a neighbor you wouldn’t really need to take a second look at. And this description of himself is very much accurate.       He tends to be a bit more quiet and reserved, but is more than happy to engage in conversation and simply talk to people. He is rarely the one to spark said conversation, however. Aside from this sense of boring normalcy, he does often come off as a stoner to strangers, too. He smokes a lot to ease his mind and often reeks of marijuana on bad days, but this much is definitely not an accurate representation of himself, on the other hand.      He does not immediately come off as someone who suffers from depression and anxiety, and often seems alarmingly normal, but through conversation with the right people, this side of him can quickly become apparent, though it is something he still tries to hide away from most.
✗ Powers: ✗       > Empathy: The ability to fully interpret the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms. Tigo literally feels the pain of others. More prominent is the emotional pain, which may result in odd mood swings depending on whatever it is he is taking in. This is part of the reason why he can’t stand hospitals.       > Persuasion: The power to control people through the use of one’s voice. Tigo is able to speak to people in a persuasive tone that leaves them incapable of refusing to do as he says. He can persuade people to do menial things like sit down or listen, but, at a higher level, he can also persuade people to hurt or kill themselves if he so desires. He cannot, however, make anyone do things they are incapable of (ie. make a human fly).
✗ Backstory: ✗       Santiago was born in Madrid, Spain, where he had what he considered to be a normal life. He was an only child to two loving parents who supported him and aided him in his career as a professional footballer.       He began playing football professionally at the age of 17, and was immediately a hit among fans. He almost immediately began a rivalry with another young goalkeeper at the time, an Italian by the name of Marco Alessandro. Their rivalry quickly became a friendship stemming from mutual admiration of each other’s skills, rather than envy. They were happy to share the spotlight while fans insisted on making it a competition between the two.       Much like his Italian counterpart, he was extremely successful for both club and country, racking up the titles as the years went on. However, as he got older, his empathetic abilities grew stronger, and he resorted to more desperate measures.       In his mid twenties, while still very much at the top of his game, Santiago resorted to hard drugs like heroin and cocaine to numb the overwhelming nature of his mind. If it wasn’t the emotions of thousands of excited fans who meant no harm, it was the emotions of thousands of angry fans who were too eager to pick him apart. On the streets, it was just as bad, with every passerby, - whether they knew who he was or not - passing the way they were feeling onto him, often not even directed at him to begin with.       His addiction worsened slowly as the years went on. His dependency on the drugs to stay sane grew and grew until it ultimately affected his performance on the field, and his club was offloading him to another club in a nearby country. He truly thought transferring would be the best way to start anew, and although he did kick the habit for awhile, performing much better than he had in months, he ultimately fell back on hard times and started using again. He was warned by teammates and club officials alike, but he couldn’t bring himself to stop. They didn’t understand what it was like in his mind, and it seemed losing his career over it would be worth it. He was kicked from the Spanish national team, and then sat matches on the bench with his club.       Until one day, he finally overdosed. At that point, his club gave him an ultimatum - they understood that this addiction was an illness, and not something he was doing for the fun of it; he wasn’t going out partying, he was getting high to feel better. Either he could leave quietly and seek help on his own terms while the club wrote it off as a heart attack, or they could publish the news of his overdose all over and effectively ruin his reputation as a footballing legend if he chose to cause a stink.       He chose the former.       Although he seeked help for his addictions, Tigo never felt as though he progressed. He stopped the hard drugs, but his dependency on weed, and cigarettes remained. He supposed there was no reason to kick the habit if he wasn’t playing football anymore, anyway. Along with the weed and cigarettes remained the depression and anxiety. He felt hopeless without the drugs as a means of escape, but at least he wasn’t literally facing death each time he used now that he had overdosed once.      In his newly discovered free time, Santiago began researching the cause of the way he felt. Not in terms of his mental health, but in terms of the overwhelming emotions and mood swings. He had always been told by family and friends that he was a very sensitive and empathetic person, but this had to have been more than what was deemed normal, as it was literally driving him crazy. This wasn’t just caring for others, this was literally suffering along with others, day in and day out, as if it was happening to him.      When he stumbled across the idea of mutants and their respective abilities, he began to realize that the description fits him quite well. It was as though a light bulb had gone off in his head, and a wave of relief washed over him. He wasn’t crazy, merely different. And he could handle that. Now he just needed to find a fellow mutant to help him out; harness this power rather than letting it control him.      Luckily, before he had to go about finding someone, that someone came to him. It was none other than the young Italian he’d been playing alongside for so many years, though he was no longer young. Marco came to him battling his own demons, until ultimately confessing his abilities, leaving Santiago thrilled more than shocked.       Through Marco, he was properly introduced into the world of mutants, and is still learning to control his powers and better himself, while also learning more about himself as he evolves.

Lorenzo Xavier-Bianchi  — Full Character Biography
⚠️ WARNING: ⚠️ Lorenzo's backstory includes instances of abuse and may be triggering. Specific sections that include potentially triggering content will be marked with the warning emoji (⚠️) at the beginning and the end. Skip over the section if you may be triggered by it. The more specific details beyond that he was abused are not extremely important to Lorenzo's character. Proceed with caution and be safe!
✗ General Information: ✗ Name: Lorenzo Bianchi (FC: Francesco Totti). Nickname(s): Enzo, Enz, Ghost Boy. Age: 32 (06/18) Height: 5’9” (1.8 m) Weight: 176lbs (80kg) Born: Sadler, Texas. Current Residence: Salem Center, Westchester County, NY, USA. Religion: Agnostic. Sexuality: Gay. Relationship Status: Dating Vigor Maximus. Occupation(s): X-Man.
✗ Personality:✗    Lorenzo is quiet and introverted. He would much rather keep to himself, and read a book or draw, rather than have any sort of contact with any other human being. He hardly considers himself a human being as it is, but rather as a ghost, because of this. It is difficult for him to build even the slightest of friendships because he is so shy, but should he form a bond with somebody, it is likely he’ll latch onto the person, seeing them as one of the few people who truly cares because they didn’t give up on attempting to form a friendship with him. In these cases, he is very gentle, but also very touchy and affectionate, enjoying hugs and cuddles. He is also very childish and goofy in general when he does form a friendship with anybody, as well. Despite his shyness and anxiety, Lorenzo is still very protective of the few people he considers friends and family, especially those within the X-Men, and few other heroes.     Should Lorenzo have to speak to strangers, he is often shaky, he mumbles and he avoids eye contact. He is also very jumpy in general because he can see ghosts and communicate with them. If he isn’t prepared to speak, especially to a stranger, it is highly likely that the sudden initiation of contact and the expectancy of him to speak will trigger his anxiety. Should an anxiety attack be triggered in any way, he often loses control of his powers, and will become intangible and slightly transparent until calmed. Many of these tendencies stem from the fact that he is autistic, and the two often overlap.    In his free time, Lorenzo often hides out in his room on his own. He enjoys reading, writing, and drawing, and often spends hours on end doing so. He is intelligent - perhaps not as smart as other heroes - but more than the average person, and it shows in the way he acts and speaks (when comfortable), and in the way he speeds through even the largest of books. More often than not, he’ll have music going in the background as well when he’s alone in his room, seeing music as a very good distraction from all of his problems. He also has gaming consoles in his room, and he enjoys playing FIFA - it’s the Italian in him. Otherwise, he doesn’t really touch the consoles.
✗ Powers:✗    > Intangibility: The ability to become intangible; the inability to be touched. Using this ability, Lorenzo is able to avoid most, if not all physical attacks, or physical contact of any kind. In its most advanced stages, intangibility may give Lorenzo the ability to levitate and/or fly, and this is something he has been working on for years, however he has not yet been able to achieve it. Should he grab hold of somebody before becoming intangible, he can allow the other person to become intangible as well, however it is difficult for him to do so, especially if he is attempting to pass through solid object such as walls or doors with the other person. Lorenzo will often become intangible if afraid, or if someone he isn’t comfortable with tries to initiate any form of contact. This power requires a strong concentration, meaning coming up against enemies with any other kind of psychic abilities often renders his intangibility useless.     > Invisibility: The ability to become invisible to the naked eye. Lorenzo’s ability to become invisible is often paired with his intangibility, and it is something he does when anxious or afraid. In battle, however, it is sometimes very difficult to manage, because of his shaky and uneasy breathing. More often than not, though, he is focused and calm when in battle, because he has the lives of others in his hands, which is enough to keep him from panicking. Thus, invisibility proves to be useful. Like his intangibility, he can also pass this ability to a second person, should he choose to do so. However, there have been times in battle where his invisibility has failed, and the enemy could still see him one way or another, while no one else could.     > Phantasm Manipulation: The power to manipulate ghosts/specters and their energies. This includes communicating with them as though they were alive and well, like any other person around him. This doesn’t necessarily prove to be useful in any sense for Lorenzo, but rather causes more problems. As a child, the ability made it difficult to focus as so many spirits could be attempting to speak to him at once, however as he’s gotten older, he’s since learned how to control it. Using his powers, he has befriended a few spirits who tag along and help him out, whether in battle, or just when he is having a difficult time. As he’s said time and time again, sometimes he believes he would make a better ghost than a human… He gets along better with them, after all.     > Swordsmanship: Due to persistent paranoia that his powers won't be entirely useful in close quarters combat courtesy of his anxiety, Enzo went so far as to teach himself to fight with swords and knives. He had always idolized gladiators and knights as a child, and his love of history continued well into adulthood, so learning swordsmanship seemed to be the way to go. With the help of of other intelligent mutants, he created a sword that could be compressed to about the size of a pen, and extended with a push of a button to carry with him easily in case of emergency.
✗ Backstory:✗ Despite his mother’s best efforts, Lorenzo lived anything but a normal childhood. Between endless bullying from his classmates and his father, he was beaten down time and time again, and struggled to come back from it all repeatedly. It was hard, and for several years, his mother was his best friend through it all. However, due long hours at the high school, marking and grading papers, Lorenzo's mother was rarely home until the late hours of the evening.    ⚠️His father was entrusted with picking a young Enzo up from school on his way home from work, however the abuse began the moment he set foot in the car, typically remaining verbal and minimal until he had alcohol in his system. Sober or not, his father's hatred remained. He resented his son for being a mutant, being one of the individuals to often express their distaste for mutants and rally for their imprisonment or death. His father often likened him to being "sick dog" that he needed to "take out back and put down," and he wasn't shy about telling him to his face. Though drunk and reckless, he was always careful to beat Lorenzo in places where the bruises wouldn't be visible. And, if any were visible, he ensured that his son was too afraid to tell anyone about what was really going on at home. His mother knew of what her son was going through but, as a victim herself, she feared for her son's life, and couldn't stand up to her husband until her son was safe. Working multiple jobs and remaining out of the house for seemingly all hours of the day was meant to be an attempt at creating a better life for she and her son so that they could get away from her abusive husband, but it ultimately made things much worse for her son. She never did fully comprehend what had been going on when she wasn't home as she never witnessed it firsthand, but she had always assumed he suffered the same fate as her... Though there was nothing she could do without putting both of them at risk. In the few years Lorenzo lived at home, he made a handful of trips to the emergency room with broken bones, bruised ribs, and countless other signs of abuse. But, because he refused to talk about what had happened, nothing could be done. On particularly bad nights, or nights when his mother wouldn't come home until the early hours of the morning due to her second job, the abuse became much worse. Although far and few between, on some occasions his father would take him up to the guest bedroom and molest him - something so traumatizing that Lorenzo could only cope with it by pushing it to the back of his mind and acting as though it had never happened at all until he had completely forgotten it had. Simply put, most afternoons Enzo would head home fearing for his life while most kids his age didn't even understand the concept of death. ⚠️    The name calling was the hardest part of it all throughout the years. Physical wounds healed, but the name calling stuck with him, and made his disorder become increasingly worse. The name calling reached it peak when, from a young age, Lorenzo decided he liked boys more than girls, and didn't like when adults would tease him about girlfriends. His father’s remarks began to really take a toll on him, but he could never speak out about it. He resorted to listening to and accepting the homophobic slurs he didn't even quite understand until his very last days in that household, leading him to suppress feelings about his sexuality for years to come.    It was Charles Xavier himself who contacted Lorenzo's mother to discuss her son's unique abilities. He seemed to know everything about him and what was going on at home in ways she couldn't quite comprehend, but regardless, she was thrilled to have found a safe place for him to go, away from his father, and where he could truly be happy and... /Normal/. She explained what Charles Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters meant for Lorenzo to her son, and he agreed to go, while she told her husband she was sending their son to a boarding school due to his impressive grades. His father had no complaints; in fact, he was happy to have one less nuisance to deal with, in his own words.    Upon leaving, despite having been rather excited at the mention of the school at first, Lorenzo was miserable. He was only seven, weeks short of his eighth birthday, and he was made to leave the only home he had ever known... Even if it wasn't much of a home. He knew he should be relieved to escape his father, but he wasn't very happy to be away from his mother; the only person he felt he could really trust in his life.    ⚠️ Within a short time of Lorenzo leaving the household, his mother became the target of his father's drunken rage and abuse. However, it was short lived, as, now that her son was safe and out of the picture, she was able to call the police, though not without escaping unscathed. She had proof of what had been going on all along, - although she never did come to realize the true extent of what Enzo had faced - and there was no way having him locked away could backfire as her son was under the care of Professor Xavier, now. His father was jailed on multiple counts of abuse and even attempted murder; something Lorenzo only learned of as he reached his teenage years. ⚠️    At first, it was difficult to make friends, and it was even harder to even get any rest at night. It felt as though he was stuck in an endless loop of sadness and misery during a time in which he didn't have the capacity to understand depression and what it meant. He had his own room, unlike many of the other students, as it was the best way to avoid triggering his anxiety. He would often wake up in the middle of the night, screaming, until one of the other students went and found Professor Xavier, or one of the other elder mutants.    As the days went on and the nightly routine continued, Professor Xavier began checking in on him before bed and often throughout the day, just generally spending time with him. He knew Lorenzo felt alone and afraid, and although Lorenzo didn't know of his powers or just how the elder man knew how he was feeling, he was appreciative of the help he offered, even if at first he was afraid to trust him. As the nights progressed he found his nightmares lessening when Charles would come by his room and put him to bed as father would, and occasionally stay for awhile to ensure he slept peacefully. The feeling was foreign to Lorenzo, as his own father had never so much as played catch with him, or even really had a conversation with him, the two formed a bond rather quickly. Charles made him feel safe, and ensured that he knew he would always be protected from anyone who wished to do him harm by Charles himself. He felt silly for looking up to Professor Xavier so much, considering surely many of the other children felt the same way - Charles was a paternal figure to many of the kids here who had no family, why was he any different than them? And so he kept his feelings to himself, unaware of the fact that the elder man had known all along and, in fact, had begun seeing Lorenzo as something of a son to him, as well. Of course, the school was smaller then, and with fewer students to deal with, Charles was happy to spend time with Lorenzo to ensure he felt better, and develop such a bond with him.    As the years went on at the school, Lorenzo found his anxiety lessening from what it once was. There was less to fear, and more to learn - and he did love learning. The longer he was at the school, the more he learned about himself and the rest of the world, and the more he learned to control both his disorder and his powers, so that neither had such a hold on his life. He learned to control and strengthen his powers, and he learned to control his anxiety, so that he could become a hero as well.    Upon growing older and eventually being too old to attend school, Lorenzo instead became one of the main members of the X-Men. He had no intention of going home, as some mutants did. Here, he fit in just fine. And he was enjoying it, quite frankly. At first, it tested him. It tested everything he had worked so hard to achieve. His control of his powers, his anxiety, his strength, his courage… And, frankly, he missed his mother, too. But with persistence, and his new friends, it was just another obstacle he was able to overcome, until he himself was a member of the team. He went so far as to teach himself how to handle knives and swords so that he would always have something to offer in battle. He’d never even dreamed of becoming some sort of superhero, but, through attending the school, it had so easily become a reality, and he was thrilled to have come so far.    Today, Lorenzo works with the X-Men as often as possible, having grown proud of being a mutant through attending the school. He no longer has such debilitating anxiety attacks, but they do happen, especially if he is touched without consent, or if he must talk to somebody he isn’t familiar with. In the field, his anxiety isn’t a problem at all. With help from fellow mutants, he has since learned to focus his mind in battle, so that anxiety is rarely ever a major concern. In addition, he finds that being able to wear a helmet with his suit when out in the field lessens his anxiety as well, as his identity is unknown.

Marco what did ciro do?
"Came into my house uninvited, which was nice and all, but walked into a living room full of mutants!"
He's purposely exaggerating to make it sound like such a great time — sarcasm.
"Told me he wished he'd never raised me as his own and saved my dumbass teenage self because I'm just a bastard mutant. And my father, you know, his best friend? Yeah, he's a mutant-loving son of a bitch now, too, who deserves to be six feet under!"

Marco Alessandro  — Full Character Biography
✗ General Information: ✗ Name: Marco Alessandro. (FC: Gianluigi 'Gigi' Buffon). Nickname(s): Capitano, Ale, Maz. Gender: Cisgender male Age: 34 (10/27). Height: 6'3" (1.91m). Weight: 183 lbs (83kg). Born: La Spezia, Italy Current Residence: New York City, NY, USA and Turin, Italy. Sexuality: Pansexual polyamorous. Occupation(s): Professional footballer (goalkeeper), X-Man.
✗ Personality: ✗    Unknown to most outside his closest friends and family, Marco battled depression from a young age due to a traumatic event and these bouts of depression never really seemed to fade. It led to Marco remaining quiet and introverted, never really coming out of his shell as most children did with age. He doesn't speak much, mostly because English is not his native language, but also because he just isn't a very sociable person. He finds talking to and relating to people very difficult due to both anxiety, and the fact that he is generally very withdrawn person as a means of coping with his empathic abilities; he feels so much emotion on a regular basis from the people around him that he feels emotions are exhausting and he would much rather feel nothing at all. However, family, close friends and some teammates have been able to break through his tough exterior. In these instances, he can be very playful and childish, while also fiercely loyal and protective.    Marco also has an addictive personality, be it to drugs or anything else of the sort. When he is experiencing one of his many depressive episodes, he turns to cigarettes, alcohol, and marijuana, though usually nothing worse due to a history of drug abuse and self destructive tendencies. As a teenager he'd do much harder drugs and nearly ended his career before it had even started, however, he kicked the habit... Mostly. The addiction to cigarettes remained, while he still took quite the liking to alcohol and simply learned to monitor his intake rather than completely give it up. He is still very much tempted to turn to his drug of choice, heroin, to shut off his mind and all his abilities. However, his addictive personality stems far beyond drugs. Even things he enjoys become a sort of addiction, in which he feels the need to continue at all costs. Football is a good example of this; although he is older and has accomplished so much in his career already and could very well retire and look back on his career with pride, he is almost addicted to the sport and refuses to give up just yet, or anytime soon for that matter. As of recent, the adrenaline of being a hero and saving lives is something he has become addicted to.    He also has quite the temper. Oftentimes he acts emotionless and is very good at keeping each and every emotion, whether his own or belonging to others, at bay. But, when he reaches his breaking point and finally snaps, it is hard for him to control his temper due to the sheer strength of the emotion. His eyes glow a bright red when angry, and occasionally his powers will light up his hands and some veins throughout his body, though it is very rare he will ever actually harm anyone. When he isn't fueled by rage, the colour remains a bright blue, bordering white.
✗ Powers: ✗     > Ergokinesis:         1) Energy Absorption: The ability to absorb different forms of energy, removing it from the source and into their own body, making the source (if human) weaker. Marco tends not to do this because it causes some pain, especially if he is absorbing electricity.         2) Energy Attacks: The ability to release/use energy to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, ranging from rays of pure energy that can knock over or even obliterate dozens of targets, or slightly singe them. Marco tends to focus on one enemy at a time when using this power, however, so as not to tire himself out.         3) Force-Field Manipulation: The ability to create, shape and manipulate force-fields, so that objects affected by the particular force relating to the field are unable to pass through the field and reach the other side. This aspect of his power is still relatively new to Marco and not very strong. It tires him out quickly.    > Empathy: The ability to fully interpret the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms. Marco literally feels the pain of others. More prominent is the emotional pain, which may result in odd mood swings depending on whatever it is he is taking in. This is part of the reason why he can't stand hospitals.    > Telepathy: The ability to read/sense another person's thoughts, communicate with them mentally and/or affect their minds/thoughts. Marco has managed to control this power, so, should he want to read somebody's mind, he would have to specifically focus on doing so. If he isn't focusing, he likely won't pick up on any thoughts, unless one is 'broadcasting' them (ie. dangerous thoughts, fears, anxieties, etc). Usually he avoids reading minds because he finds that it is intrusive. He can transmit his thoughts to others as well, so long as they have a strong connection to him (family, close friends, etc.).
✗ Backstory: ✗    Marco was born in La Spezia, Italy, and had a relatively normal childhood, save for his strange abilities. He lived with, and was very close to his grandmother and spent almost all of his time with her. It wasn't until her death when he was a boy, before he'd even begun school, when he began to take notice of his powers. His mother and father were grieving her death, and he could feel the immense pain and sadness emanating from them — being so young and not understanding the concept of death, he couldn't understand the emotions or what an empath was, but he and his parents realized it was abnormal. As time progressed, he became more aware of his abilities, until they really reached full strength during puberty.    He was still very young — six years old — when he was given the ability to manipulate electricity accidentally, when in an accident that involved a fallen power line during a storm.  He was electrocuted, but, while the electrocution should've killed him, it hospitalized him for several weeks, with severe injuries and burns. Before then, his empathy and telepathy made him a mutant, however the accident in combination with the mutated gene created an adverse reaction. On the other hand, his father, who was also involved in the accident, was killed by the electrocution. His father's death took a toll on Marco, and at first, while in hospital, he refused to talk to anybody because he was sad, and being so young, he didn't know how to deal with it or express his emotions. The only people who could get him to talk were Giorgio and Vigor, who were often brought by the hospital to play, as Marco wasn't allowed to leave his bed. By the time he was allowed out of bed, he practically had to relearn how to walk again.     As he aged, his ergokinesis became more and more apparent in small accidents, and from then on, he began exploring the power on his own. He never told anybody outside of his family of his powers, fearing that they'd think he was insane. Despite Giorgio and Vigor being the only two who could make him smile and come out of his shell ever so slightly while in hospital, the incident altered his personality forever, and left him being his current introverted, generally stone-faced self. After losing his father he decided he didn't want to feel anymore, and so that was what he set out to do.    For a few years after his father's death, he seemed to be making some progress and was acting like a regular kid, albeit still shy and quiet, however his progress was set back in his teenage years, and he ultimately never really progressed the same way. Without a father figure in his life, and the fact that he was dealing with his powers all at once as they grew stronger, he spiraled again, and became very rebellious. He’d skip school, smoke, abuse drugs and alcohol, hook up with people within his friendship group, and get into fights; all the complete opposite of the way Marco had been. Due to the trouble he had been getting into, the football club he played with threatened to cut him, should he not smarten up. Being a substitute goalkeeper as it was, at first, he didn't take the threat seriously, but, one of the older players on the team, Ciro, took Marco under his wing and helped him get back on track again, becoming the father figure he needed. Alongside Ciro, Giorgio and Vigor again helped him overcome the dark period in his life.    As he grew older, he grew as a footballer as well, finally breaking out as the starting goalkeeper with the first team. He was immediately a fan favourite, keeping a clean sheet through his first match against another team that was considered the Italian giants. The more he played, the more he impressed, and in turn, the more teams started to keep an eye on him. He was contacted by several teams in his first few years as the starting goalkeeper at his club, but he remained loyal. It wasn’t until nearly five years later that he decided to accept a transfer, and only because it was to the biggest club in Italy, and the club he and his father always cheered for when he was a kid. He joined the club as a way of further making his father proud. In the prior year, Ciro retired from football – which was particularly hard for Marco to deal with – and he’d taken on a coaching position at the same club Marco joined, the following year. Giorgio joined the same team the next year, with a little convincing – and also begging – from Marco for Ciro to consider him in the first place. From then on, Marco never stopped impressing football critics all around the world, winning several league titles, and even the World Cup, despite his age. He eventually became Captain of his team, and Giorgio his vice captain, further proving how inseparable they were. Marco was the type of Captain who was stern and relatively demanding of his teammates. He always seemed to be serious and took nothing from anyone. His tough exterior didn't fool many of his teammates, however, who were able to break him down into being a relatively big softy when they were off the pitch. As a Captain, he acted like a father who lived by the principle of tough love, but he ultimately couldn't resist for long.    Eventually, Marco decided it was time to face a new challenge in his career and accepted a transfer to an American club. It seemed to many as a way for him to slowly ease his way into retirement, however this notion had always angered him as he had no intention of retiring and continues to play for the Italian National Team as well. Shortly after moving to New York to play for his new club, he was approached by Charles Xavier, who suggested he join the X-Men, claiming his abilities were too strong to simply go to waste like this. He explained that he had even contacted his mother when he was a teenager as his powers were too strong to overlook even then, but she refused as she didn't want her baby far from home, especially not during such a difficult time. Xavier knew it would be useless to try again in those years, however decided to make yet another attempt now that he had gotten older, moved to the city, and not to mention the fact that Vigor had since moved into the school as well. Marco knew who the X-Men were, considering he'd seen them in the news and such, and had considered seeking out Charles when moving to New York, but he was thankful that it was ultimately thankful Professor Xavier had approached him first. It took some time, but ultimately the final nail in the coffin was finding out that Vigor had also become an X-Man after transferring to the opposing team based in New York years prior that convinced Marco to accept the offer. Although Marco doesn't live in the mansion for the most part, he spends most of his time outside football there.    At first, all was well and good, but he often has difficulty working alongside the team - Scott in specific feels threatened by him, and he is well aware of it. It makes training difficult, and has ultimately created a rift between he and the X-Men.
