It wasn't often that she went into the land of man, but she knew there was a festival going on and she wanted to do something special for Arthur. She knew sometimes he missed his home above the sea and his father, so she spent the day gathering some things that reminded him of that and she even set up a small cottage outside the village for them for the night.

Mera had decorated the main room in the cabin and she had even cooked food she knew he liked and had it ready for him. She hadn't exactly told him where she had gone off to, but she had left him subtle clues. And most of all, this made her happy to be able to do something for him after everything he had done for her. Mera loved him with her whole being and there was nothing she would not do for him.
