Happy National IPA Day! The style has a special place in the heart of our master brewer, Taylor. His first 😍moment with the woman who would become him wife, Michelle, was because IPAs are her favorite (like him!) And OBC's IPA represents a family tradition: Taylor, his dad, and his son are all named Leon Lamm. Mix that with a little beer naming creativity and you have OBC's Lion Lamm India Pale Ale!

We have our own back-to-school photo to share today. OBC's first ever intern, Chrissy, is returning to Virginia Tech to finish her Food Science and Technology degree. In her introductory email to us, she shared that she is "hardworking, dedicated, and excited to learn all about the brewing process." All of that and more was true! She fit perfectly with our team and has been a true asset to our production process. Please join us in raising our pint glasses to Chrissy and wishing her an amazing senior year! 🍻

OBC is hosting a Ballroom Dancing Class!! This is "move your hips" 101!" No previous experience is necessary. Casual clothes and comfortable shoes are encouraged.
