O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religious and worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O Allah, preserve me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and from above, and I take refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth.

“اللهم ان رأيتني ابتعد عنك فردني اليك ردا جميلا”

— Oh Allâh, if you see me getting farther away from you, return me to You in a beautiful way.

Here is a list of Duas my Mother just forwarded to me. Insha'Allah it will be of benefit to you guys.

1. Ya Allah grant me Ultimate Success - safety from the Fire and entry into Jannatul Firdous.

2. Ya Allah make me and my family of those companions of the Right. Who receive the book of deeds in our right hands.

3. Ya Allah, Grant me a blessed death. Let me utter the shahada before I die. Grant me the intercession of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh).

4. Ya Allah grant me the companionship of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh), his family and the Sahaba’s in Jannatul Firdous.

5. Ya Allah save my non-Muslim friends from the Fire. Guide them to Islam.

6. Ya Allah, reunite me in Jannathul Firdous with those whom I love for Your sake alone.

7. Ya Rabb, perfect my Deen and my Worship.

8. Ya Allah accept my good deeds and increase me in reward and Your Mercy. Wipe away my sins and pardon me completely. Shower your Mercy upon me and save me from disgrace on the Day of Reckoning.

9. Ya Allah, when I die, let my soul and my record of Deeds be with the Illiyeen.

10. Ya Allah grant me, my parents, family and children guidance, steadfastness and increased Imaan.

11. Ya Allah, make me of the few You love, You Pardon and You shade on a Day when there is no shade but from Your Majestic Arsh (Throne).

12. Oh my Lord, increase me in Yakeen and Tawakkul in you. Let there be no doubt in my belief in Your Oneness, Your Majesty and Power.

13. Ya Allah increase me in my love for You and Your Prophet Mohammed (pbuh).

14. Ya Allah forgive me and increase me in Your Blessings and Provisions.

15. Ya Allah lead me to more opportunities to do good and seeking Your Pleasure.

16. Ya Rabb, Purify my intentions for Your Sake alone and let me not show off or take false pride. Save me from arrogance, pride, showing off and reminding of favors.

17. Oh my Creator and Sustainer, do not leave me alone. Bless me with a righteous spouse and children who will be the coolness of my eyes.

18. Oh my Lord, make me of those who are patient and obedient to You and my parents.

19. Save me from the Fitnah of Dajjal.

20. Save me from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Hell Fire.

21. Ya Allah, increase me in Sadakatul Jariya work.

22. Ya Allah, bless me with good health, so I can make sajdah with ease till my dying day.

23. Ya Allah, protect me and the Muslim Ummah against wicked oppressors. Save us from Fitnah and give us ease in our times of trial.

24. My Lord, bless me with the best in this world, the best in the Hereafter and save me from the fire. I am indeed in need of the good You have in store for me.

25. Ya Allah increase me in gratitude towards You alone.

26. Oh my Rabb, save me from hypocrisy.

27. Ya Allah, let me and my spouse be among the pilgrims to perform Hajj in the near future.

28. Ya Allah protect me against Evil Jinns and Spirits. Safeguard me from their evil incitements and plots.

29. Ya Allah forgive and have Mercy upon my parents, as they looked after me when I was young.

30. Ya Allah, I pray and beg of you for the guidance of the Muslim Youth and Ummah. Save us all from Kufr, Despair, Misdeeds and Shirk.

31. Ya Allah grant me the strength to battle laziness and sleep, so I may wake up for #Tahajjud and #Fajr everyday.

Things you can pray for:

Our Ummah,  espcially those in bleeding and opressed countries including Syria, Gaza, Burma, Yemen, Nigeria. Do not forget our Ummah in underdeveloped countries like Pakistan, Mali, Somalia, Afghanistan, Haiti, Togo, Zambia, etc.

Pray for the sick, and the poor. Pray for the hungry, and the thirsty.

Orphans, those who feel lonely in this world. Pray for people with depression, suicidal thoughts, mental disorders.

For those who have less, and for those who have more (that they both may pass their circumstances with sweetness of Islam)

Your family

Guidance, mercy, health

To stay focused on Islam, and not to stray off.

A forgiving, humble, and non-judgmental heart.

Piousness 

Knowledge, and remembrance.

Those who have passed away, for Allah’s mercy upon them and the expiation of their sins.

Khushoo in salah

Sabr in times where we completely lose it.

To die only when we are worthy of entering Jannah

To be able to perform Hajj

Success in this world and the next

Forgiveness

Guidance of the youth

To be a better Muslim

Protection from the hell fire and from the torment of the graves

To have a chance to make things right for those who we have wronged

Your personal ambitions that are good for you

To be able to hear the stories of the prophets by the prophets themselves, to be able to discuss with the sahabas about the character of our prophet, to be able to eat and drink from the fruits and milk provided in Jannah. 

To be with our loved ones in Jannah

To be able to have tawakkul when things don’t go our way

Education to be provided to those who do not have the resources

All the pregnant women to have an easy delivery and a healthy baby

Our worship to be accepted

protection from shirk

Our marriages to last in Jannah and for our marriages to be righteous

Obedient children who will be guided onto the beautiful path of Islam

Provisions for those who don’t have a ceiling, who don’t have a bed, who don’t have bread or water.

To guide those who are doubting Islam, and for our own doubts to be cleared

To be in the shade of Allah on the day of judgment and for our book of deeds to be in our right hand

Protection from laziness and cowardice

To be always be able to do what is right

To be able to control our anger

To do everything with sincerity and love

A heart free from hate, or envy.

To get closer to Allah

To be able make use of our short time wisely 

For everyone in the world, every person in every corner, to at least have some clean water

Pray for anything and everything (which is good for us). Pray for everyone.

Our brother Ali banat has filled his scroll of deeds with so much good, what have we filled ours with? He left this world with almost nothing to his name other than his charity organisation, sacrificing his wealth for Allaah’s sake, but what have we sacrificed?

Let his death be a reminder to us all that we‘re here today and tomorrow we’ll be 6ft deep under the soil, so break free from the love ad attachment of this dunya, abandon your desires, give it all up like he did and live the rest of your life with one goal which is to gain the pleasure and nearness to Allaah عزوجل

We ask Allaah to grant us all a good death, to protect our brother Ali from the trials of the grave and to grant him and us all the highest of stations in paradise.

Ramadan Duaa

1.

اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيامي فيهِ صِيامَ الصّائِمينَ، وَقِيامي فيهِ قيامَ الْقائِمينَ، وَنَبِّهْني فيهِ عَنْ نَوْمَةِ الْغافِلينَ، وَهَبْ لى جُرْمي فيهِ يا اِلـهَ الْعالَمينَ، وَاعْفُ عَنّي يا عافِياً عَنْ الْمجْرِمينَ

Lord! Make my fast in it one of those who truly fast, my prayers those of who truly pray, and awaken me from the sleep of the inattentive, grant me forgiveness for my sins in it, O Lord of the Worlds, and do forgive me, O One Who forgives criminals.

2.

اَللّـهُمَّ إني أسألك فيهِ ما يُرْضيكَ، وأعوذ بِكَ مِمّا يُؤْذيكَ، وأسألك التَّوْفيقَ فيهِ لاِنْ أطيعك وَلا أعصيك، يا جَوادَ السّائِلينَ

Lord! I plead to You to enable me to achieve whatever pleases You, I seek refuge with You from whatever offends You, and I plead to You to grant me the ability to obey You and not to disobey, O most Generous One of all those to whom pleas are made!

3.

اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ سَعْيي فيهِ مَشْكُوراً، وَذَنْبي فيهِ مَغْفُوراً وَعَمَلي فيهِ مَقْبُولاً، وَعَيْبي فيهِ مَسْتُوراً، يا اَسْمَعَ السّامِعينَ

Lord! Make my endeavor in it appreciated (by You), my sin it forgiven, my deed in it accepted, my defect in it covered, O most hearing of those who hear (pleas)!

4.

اَللّـهُمَّ اهْدِني فيهِ لِصالِحِ الإعمال، وَاقْضِ لي فيهِ الْحَوائِجَ والآمال

Lord! Grant me in it guidance to do good deeds, allot for me in it the fulfillment of needs and of aspirations

5.

اَللّـهُمَّ ارْزُقْني فيهِ طاعَةَ الْخاشِعينَ، وَاشْرَحْ فيهِ صَدْري بإنابة الْمخْبِتينَ، بأمانك يا أمان الْخائِفينَ

Lord! Grant me in it the obedience of the devout, expand my chest in it with the return to You of those who abandoned You, through Your security, O One Who brings security to the fearful!
