How Gravity Falls' natural law of weirdness magnetism affects the events of this AU( no knowledge of Octonauts is needed for this one)

all you rilling need to know is Dipper and Mabel are not human in this Au they are selkies, i think how the law of weirdness magnetism works is it naturally attracts weirdness to Gravity Falls and doesn't allow a bunch of weirdness to leave at a time but one to 10 non-human creatures can leave at a time normally. but because Weirdmageddon happened like a week ago dipper and Mabel had to stay an extra month in Gravity Falls because the bubble would not let them go until everything from weirdmageddon completely settled, but they will eventually able to leave, they didn't know that and they weren't Willie sad about it until the bubble also didn't let there parents come in(It was on high alert, straight up lockdown, because of weirdmageddon)(I haven't decided if their dad married a selkie or if grandma Shermie, who in my universe is a transgender lesbian, had a child with a selkie[I also think she's polyamorous])

The implications that this has for this AU or vast, in case you're not aware, in this AU, Dipper and Mabel are sea otter selkies,

Mabel: If you guys were animals, what would you be? Dipper: I'd definitely be a lion or something. Ford: Oh, I don't know about myself... Ford: But you seem like a burden to me, Mabel! Mabel: wh Mabel: what Dipper: What the heck????? Stan: FORD YOU CAN'T JUST SAY THAT Ford: ??? Ford: What did I do??

Me: Emma-May should definitely be somehow interested in perusing garbage for some parts or something too. Maybe that's how she met Fiddleford?

Also me: Why?

The first me: Because that way Fiddleford saw that raccoon going through garbage and didn't realise why he's reminded of someone. And just decides that this raccoon is his wife now.

Me: ... Thank you me. I definitely didn't have anything important to do instead of now crying.

So we know Ford can feel Stan's pain, because of Ford feeling pain where Stan shot himself, it's too much of a coincidence otherwise

But what if it's also cause Ford'svbeen eating nothing but pills and water for who knows how long

so Ford's gut isnt' acclimated to food right now, it's only acclimated to his pills and water. Which is a shame cuz he really wants coffee but he can't have it. Ford's gut isn't used to normal food so pills and water is what his gut thinks of as normal. It definitely had some getting used to when he first got pushed into the multiverse and the readjustment won't take nearly as long since his body is SUPPOSED to eat human food and is quickly realizing its home now. His stomach isn't upset unless he eats normal food at this point.

Otherwise, Ford does not have pain in his gut, as far as anybody can tell.

This inspired me this has now happened in this universe

stan and ford make up all kinds of horrifying bullshit that they want done with their bodies after they die

awful shit like being cremated and made into shotgun shells or fireworks or something

it changes all the time but eventually reaches a climax when ford decides "i want to be butchered and eaten after i die!" and just. doesn't change his mind. i hc that the stans are immortal shut up you probably do too and just dont know it so it's not like that'll ever be put to use

BUT

one day ford goes missing. its been three days since the kids have heard from him and while stan isnt that concerned dipper and mabel are MORTIFIED. on that third day they're eating dinner and it finally clicks

"..grunkle stan? what're we eating..?" dipper says as he slowly sets his fork down, mabel following suit as she catches on with eyes wide as the plates they're eating off of

"eh just whipped up--"

"IS THIS GRUNKLE FORD!?"

just then, ford walks into the room with eight new rips in his coat and singed hair "um, no, this is. sorry kids i was out fighting bigfoot did stan not tell you"

and when dipper and mabel glare at stan he's just "ah. i knew i was forgetting something"

Okay, guys, I need your help because I'm planning on making a family Tree of the Pines family specifically for my Au @octofalls-au ( you don't need to know anything about the specific AU for my question) and I can't just not put the Stan twins dad but I don't want to put his name cuz I don't think he deserves that( also I can't spell it but mostly I don't want to acknowledge him with his name) but I still need to put something in place of him but I can't decide what

The more I think about it, I think Peso would be the only reason the octopod even has safety protocols. I mean, I'm not sure how much Inklings/McGucket even followed safety protocols before going insane, but he definitely didn't afterwards (he has more sanity now, but he's never going to be the same)

I don't know why but I often come up with head cannons when I'm specifically thinking about one of my AUs. this is one of those cases, because I feel like the only reason anyone on the octopod follows any sort of safety protocol is because if they don't Peso would be really fucking mad at them, before peso joined no one followed safety protocol, don't get me wrong it very much existed but before peso no one cared to enforce it, and if they did they were hypocrites that did not follow it themselves

Hey look it's the Au in question, my thought process for this specific AU is that Shellington the only character on the octopod that I feel would want to invoice safety protocols is a grown up Dipper and the AU aka a guy that was raised by a guy who thinks it's okay to give children weapons and keep a possibly world ending die in a cheap plastic case( you cannot convince me Ford followed a safety protocol a day in his life)

Hey if you put dni if you're fans of this piece of media on your blog and the piece of media controversy in question is just a minor age Gap of 2 years between teenagers that are both under the age of 18 just go ahead and don't interact with me especially if said peace of Media is right next to fans of a literal fucking groomer these two things are not comparable

Knowledge of Octonauts is only vaguely needed, and only knowledge of one Pacific character, this is mainly talking about the Gravity Falls timeline and how it happens in this AU

Would you guys mind if I replaced Robbie or Gideon with Pearl on the cipher wheel because I want to involve Pearl in the rescue, and those are the only two characters that I don't mind replacing(I could probably also replace Pacifico with her, but I don't want to) I also don't know if it's a good idea to just add another symbol to give to her, but I'm worried that would make the wheel too clunky

I might give her her own symbol anyway since I don't think the star or the bleeding heart fits her very well ( maybe I could make it a Pearl like her name)

Shooting star equals Mabel it's the chosen name(they're non-binary in my Au)

Okay so I kind of want to give Shooting Star a limb difference like in @marlshroom drawing that I will link here, but I also want to give them a partial finger amputation like I have. And I'm not sure if I should just give them both. Like the left hand having a limb difference and the right hand having a partial finger amputation( my amputation does not qualify as a limb difference and since it's going to be like mine neither would theirs)

since I made certain Octonauts characters Gravity Falls characters in the AU I kind of want to share things that within this AU these Octonauts characters have done because of it

I'm going to start with Inkling because it's the funniest, he started a cult, he lived in the dump for 30 years, he was sort of married to what everyone else thought was a wild animal( it was actually Min who was cursed by the Invisible wizard to be stuck in the body of a red panda in the AU why is no one in Gravity Falls questioning the red panda its gravity Falls that's why) almost everyone in Gravity Falls has hit him with their car at least once( yes I do think grunkle stands dvd commentary is Canon fight me) he was briefly president of the United States( i think Alex Hirsch tweeted this once but even if he didn't this is my head can now he was president he started the Octonauts after his term) he built an animatronic lake monster because his son won't talk to him and a Robo pterodactyl because his wife left him and another machine(I don't actually remember which one this was), because his friend didn't go to his retirement party (I think the funniest part is that I took the octonauts character who knows the least about technology and I made him make so many death robots so many) oh I almost forgot he ate his way out of a baby pterodactyl that swallowed him whole

Now for Shellington. He lived through the apocalypse, dismantled a cult, and got possessed by a demon. fought off zombies with a four-part Harmony(I had to add Pearl plus it just makes more sense considering Ford discovered zombies' heads explode because of a barbershop quartet those usually have four people, not three) fought three different level 10 ghosts travel through time twice all at the age of 12(and so so many more that's just what's coming to my head right now)

Min's introduction post

Min was a student in backupsmore she was studying to be a cartographer that's when she met Inkling and started their relationship she possibly also started dating his soon-to-be wife, Emma May(they are all polyamorous),

during the whole portal Fiasco she traveled up to Gravity Falls to check on him because she was very worried she had not heard from him and neither had Emma May in a long time. There she somehow ended up pissing off the invisible wizard and was turned into a red panda for 30 years doing this time inkling was calling her his red panda wife and because both of their memories of this time are rillie fuzzy( the curse messed with her memories on top of that she try to break into the Blind Eye Society and retrieve inkling's memories multiple times and every time she was subjected to the memory gun and because they didn't know she was a person and didn't know what to take the memory gun ended up doing a lot of damage) so neither of them knows if one he had any romantic feelings towards men during that time and two if he knew Min was a person

They're still together but because of this whole situation, they started anew. also, they have no idea if they're legally married because Gravity Falls laws are really weird for all they know even though neither of them signed any official documents they could be legally married just by the fact that Inkling called her his wife( especially since he might be legally married to Min as a red panda but not as a person though they can easily explain that she was the red Panda it's gravity Falls weirdo things have happened)
