UPDATE: while i was gone on my hiatus, they released multiple promotional material that features all the gym leaders so i’ll stop tagging them as spoilers consequently! that tag is now reserved for plot spoilers only and will be used until jan 25 to give those who get the game for christmas time to play it!

UPDATE: my finals are really kicking in worse now, but i’ll be completely free from everything saturday dec 14! i’m really doubtful i can get any activity on this blog in until then, and if i do manage to it’ll be to let off steam in-between projects/exams, but do know i AM interested in being here! but i need to prioritize my schoolwork and i’ve got something due literally every day now u___u

i see people followed me and i’ll be sure to check that out once i’m free! i’m sorry i’m not really made of time atm though. thank you for your interest in me/this blog; it means a lot to me!

He shoves Milos foot to the front a little bit more , careful enough not to make the larger of the two do the splits or anything of the sort . When hes satisfied with the position of the leg , he moves onto the torso , lightly touching Milos back and chest and rotating him a bit / burgh fhsjdjns

   “ eep! like this…? ” it’s not often that milo puts himself around artsy people, so he welcomes this experience, but he will not pretend as if he quite knows what he’s doing. he surrenders his body to burgh’s guidance; the particulars escape him ( does it really make that much of a difference if his leg is one centimeter this way or if his torso is twisted a degree more that way? ) but he reminds himself he’s not the expert here. he just wishes he could learn a lot easier from just mere observation.

“ i’m sorry i couldn’t quite get this right on the first try for you. i’m no good at aesthetics or the like, i suppose… ” he certainly hopes talking isn’t too distracting to the process, else he really can’t do anything right this session. “ say, do you have to be moving and poking your bug pokémon too or do they happen to just be the perfect li'l muses? ”

Hi, this is Lief, your local doofus here with a pokemon multimuse that is selective and private. Muses range from anime characters like Ash and Drew to primarily gameverse characters like Morty, as well as a custom swsh protag and some ocs.

   “Is it that bad?” 

   Gardenia reached for the hand being offered and clumsily made it back to her feet. She dusted herself off and inspected her arms and legs. There was small cuts and bruises from the gravel road but the initial impact wasn’t too bad due to the soft wool of Wooloo.

   “Eh, it doesn’t look too bad to me.” She mumbled. “Anyways, yeah I’m a foreigner of sorts. My name is Gardenia! I’m the grass type Gym Leader of Eterna City which is in the Sinnoh region.” Gardenia held out her hand again but this time for a more formal greeting. “I’m here on a partial vacation and partial business trip.” The foreigner smiled as she recognized the face of the young man who came to her aid. “My first order of business was to meet the Galarian grass type Gym Leader, so thank you for making that part quick and relatively painless.” Gardenia chuckled at her own joke. “As for my second order of business, it’s to capture a couple of my own Galarian grass Pokemon and learn all about them! I hope you don’t mind me sitting in on some of your gym battles!”

     milo laughs at how easily the stranger shrugs off the incident. “ heheh, you’re a stronger gal than i took you for! i’m glad you’re not that hurt though. ” good thing too — the farmer feels only relief at that. he easily takes her hand once more when she offers it, this time giving it a hearty shake.

“ wow, all the way from sinnoh, huh? nice to meet’cha, miss gardenia! i’m milo, the grass-type gym leader ‘round these parts, but i guess you already knew that. ” what a go-getter she was too! he feels a little like he’s lagging behind after listening to her trip’s itinerary.

“ well, i don’t mind at all, but you might have to fight for some seats. gym battles here can get pretty crowded... though i’d be happy to help you catch something! route five’s past my gym, and it’s got a real special pal. ”

“The Wild Area, though? I heard about it, but I also heard some scary things too…is it true wild Pokemon will just run at you, full speed?”

      the gym leader watches the exeggutor nuzzle into annalise’s hand, and once more he feels the temptation to reach out. hesitation grips him though — this isn’t his pokémon and this is a new scenery altogether for the creature; so his hand awkwardly thinks to move but quickly retracts itself back.

before he can ask for permission, he’s given a question. his mind shifts gears and he chuckles at the testimony she’s overheard. “ well, can’t say you’ve heard wrong. it’s not as if the whole place is dangerous though! if it was, i don’t think chairman rose would be letting challengers scurry around there...

“ if you need a guide, i’d be happy to help! there’s so much land stretched out there; you can really feel all the seasons of the year just in that zone, i tell you! ”

she likes to think she’s a good judge of character upon a first meeting, and he seems to radiate a … soft and gentle aura about him. he just seems really down to earth and caring. wouldn’t hurt a cutiefly. she gladly tells him her number, adjusting the snom in her arms.

     ❝ i usually answer back right away, if ya feel the desire to chat         with me. i ain’t got many people to text or call sides’ my parents. ❞

   “ oh — okay... ” milo visibly relaxes before turning sheepish. his fingers scratch his cheek as he shows a toothy grin. “ ah, guess i got too carried away there. i’m glad you’re feeling comfy enough in galar to be trusting me though! ”

born and raised here, he can’t imagine what it must feel like to be a stranger in a new region. perhaps galar isn’t vast, though the wild area makes it feel like it is, compared to other places in the world, but the notion itself swells a creeping anxiety ready to settle in his heart.

her words bring a new revelation, and milo is quick to ask with a hint of concern, “ are you working this place alone then? ”
