i know. people can claim the ashford theory points to aegon all they want, but there are just too many details which point to jon both within the hedge knight and throughout the rest of the series. it's gotta be jon. once you see it, it's unmissable! i mean, why would baelor's name be so obviously referencing bael the bard if we're not meant to think of rhaegar stealing lyanna? and why would there be an r+l=j reference right smack dab in the middle of this foreshadowing if it's supposed to be pointing to aegon instead? (because it isn't. it's pointing straight toward jon.)

Sometimes I wonder if people read asoiaf with their eyes wide shut. How do you read about Sansa and Arya’s relationship, when one of them hadn’t even hit double digits, in AGOT where they have apretty normal younger/older sister dynamic and then go on to read each of their povs in the following books where they both explicitly think about they miss the other , and somehow conclude: “Hmm, oh yes, I’m sure those two little girls, separated by war and are each other’s remaining family, will definitely not like each other and be at odds. I am very smart, you see.”

Their relationship was already conflictual before, which sets the stage for resolution and friendship in the last two books. It’s not that hard to get. If Johnny has two apples…
