“I will warn you though, one too many drinks and I don’t think I can control my liquor.”

“That sounds like fun. You don’t seem so bad yourself.”

“The huge compilation of homework and studying, it’s exhausting.”

“What’s got you so tired, love?”

“You live and you learn I guess, besides, it was only history.”

“I tried and failed as usual.”

“Really? Congratulations! Looks like everything is falling perfectly into place for the both of you.”

“Not to mention the added stress of moving into our apartment,” June groaned quietly. “We just signed the lease, and we haven’t even started moving in yet. Of course, we have to paint too because the colors are terrible.”

“Kids sure know how to turn a party from 0 to 100 real quick,” she giggled. “Good thing they were dropped though, can’t imagine how horrifying being sentenced to prison or something like that would be.”

“Oh yeah, I forgot how crazy you kids can get. All charges were dropped, which made daddy very happy.”

“You had me fooled. We should definitely get a drink together some time, or even two. You seem like a lot of fun.”

“Yeah, I don’t exactly look like a borderline alcoholic. I might look like a goody-two-shoes on the outside but, I know how to let loose. Especially since I can actually drink legally now.”

“Sounds like a fun night,” Celeste laughed. “Was it a good enough party to be worth the arrest at least?”

“No it’s fine. Apparently throwing a party in your dorm hall, with under age people, booze and a few drugs is illegal. That was when I was a senior at Eagle Crest.”

“Yikes, that must be tough. If it’s not too personal of a question, why did you get arrested?”

“Thank God for it too. I’d probably have made my dad very disappointed, if I ruined his reputation by getting arrested. This school definitely made him happy.”

“You have a good point, I didn’t take you as the drinking type though.”

“Ha, yeah. But, once you get wasted enough, you tend not to notice.”

“Hey, at least you tried.”

“The one time I actually try doing my homework.”

“I’ve heard having a baby is like that too, I guess starting early wouldn’t hurt.”

“In a constant state of tiredness, apparently.”

“Love how you’re focused on your pants and not your skin. “

“Now I’ll actually set them on fire.”

“So I’ve heard. I’m surprised they’ve let most people in, let alone me. They’re incredibly lenient.”

“Yeah, that would suck. These schools are good at second chances though.”

“Oh jeesh, that’s too high maintenance for me. I’m probably best sticking in a climate that flattens my hair rather than frizzes.”

“Oh they are but, it takes some adjusting. Trust me, when you wake up with frizzy hair that takes forever to comb, you’ll understand.”

“Dear god, how will you live?”

“It really sucks having to limit myself now,” June sighed. “I can’t drink too much caffeine with the baby, apparently.”

“Cry and puke everywhere.. It’d be like a roller coaster gone wrong.”
