so, unfortunately, this might suck, but i think i’m going to need to archive this blog and make a new one! ( im not going anywhere just yet!! ) this doesn’t mean established relations will just dissapear, the old interactions will just be stored here. && i welcome all new interactions too!  i’ll be super appreciative to those who choose to follow me again on the new blog, but if not there’s no hard feelings! :) im so grateful to the lot of you who have been with me in this journey to write Oliver. you’ll probably see much of the same theme, header, and icon, just a new icons style. i will be re-blogging a promo from my new blog.

PSA.  i apologize for not being around on my favorite archer.  unfortunately work has been kicking my ass. also...i recently just lost my bf so im healing. i thought i’d come here to post a hiatus notice. i’m not sure how long i’ll be mia, but Oliver has been wandering since Arrow hasn’t been on. i will be checking in if anyone would like to PM me as well as kik if you’d like it.

Oliver didn’t get nervous, except this new start with Felicity was proving otherwise. it was like he was walking on glass, making sure he stepped the right way because this was his SECOND CHANCE. did he deserve a second chance? maybe not, but the p o s i t i v e  force that was Felicity Smoak seemed to still give him one. so, he could only double think his answers before he spoke. He was willing to prove what she meant to him. 

 thus the date. was it a date? he hoped so...

he couldn’t contain his smile as he walked her back to her apartment. it was hard to adjust to Felicity being moved out, but just getting the opportunity to walk her made him feel hopeful. BABY STEPS. the odds was finally in his favor.

Oliver swiftly caught her, instantly, noticing the way she fell. it wasn’t a clumsy Felicity trip. P A N I C was mirrored in their eyes. of course just when things were looking bright. Oliver registered the sad truth before anyone breathed a word. Felicity’s chip had FAILED.

A few weeks ago, she wouldn’t have been sure if she would have been able to see herself with him again, but with it just being the two of them in the foundry lately it was difficult not too. The two of them worked so well together and things had been going so well that their days together turned into nights, one lunch turned into two and here she was now coming to the end of their very first dinner date since they had broken up.

And yes it was a date.

Even the pinching feeling she had been getting from her legs down to her feet that she chocked up to uncomfortable shoes could get the smile off of her face as she walked along side of Oliver up to the door of the loft where she had been staying.

“I had a good time tonight-” she said as she went to turn towards him.

It was that turn that made her realize maybe that tingling she had been feeling all night wasn’t the shoes. A sharp twitch came from her lower back that shot down her legs and had her immediately grabbing for Oliver as she let out a yelp of pain.
