why did you put Luna in charge of MMA instead of one of your own curators who had already worked hard and supported the community as a staff member?? Like why pick some random user instead of someone who had already proven themselves worthy on the team

I picked Luna because I trusted and respected her more than my own team, and Luna wasn't "some random user" she was a friend of mine and she was already a respective Leader* on her own Amino. I liked my team however there was too many internal issue's, many of the Curators were never active in our L&C chats and some even argued constantly, and as much as I wanted to hand my role over to my second in command I felt like the majority of the community was against it. I had also made previous plants to wipe the whole team amd start over due to most of them not getting along. I also felt pressured to pick someone because I have several people PMing me about issue's that could have easily been delt with after Christmas because I was already extremely busy with the MMA Christmas events and several projects.
