Lonnie skipped over to Romeo's side, standing up on her toes to press her lips against his cheek. "Hi," the dark-haired girl beamed. "I was going to go visit Maogen and Felix. Would you like to come with?"

Lonnie frowned, folding her arms over her chest. There was a boy seated in the amphitheatre when she walked in to get ready for practice. “You shouldn’t be skipping class,” she told him.

A smile lit her lips as she leaned in to press a kiss to Romeo’s cheek. 

“Miss me already?” Lonnie teased her boyfriend, fingers lacing together with his. “You know that I feel the same about you.”

Lonnie canted her head to the left and rose a brow at the villain’s son. 

“I really don’t think that’s the case,” she said cheerfully, though there was a hard undertone to her soprano. Underestimating her due to a bright and sunny demeanour was a grave error. “What gave you that impression?”

"Hey," Lonnie smiled brightly, setting down her cafeteria tray on the table as she took a seat beside Jay. "Want some company?"

"Mum called," she told her sister as she leaned against the doorframe to Yue's room. "Her and dad are coming up for Family Day. Did you want them to bring anything from home?"

“You’re doing great!” Lonnie reached out and pressed her hand underneath his elbow to lift the boy’s arm a bit more. “Just make sure not to let your arm fall when you’re facing your opponent.”

He chuckled softly against her lips when he heard the murmured sound of his name. He never beleived he would be this truly happy with anyone before he was married but it proved to be different with Lonnie. He loved her with ever fiber of his being and he would continue for as long as she would let him. 

❝ Mom is fussing over dad as usual and he fuss over her… they are alright ❞ he whispered while he slowly traced the kisses down her jaw and neck,a hand sliding up from her chip to the girls hair, gently running his hand through it. ❝ They told me to say hi from them ❞ 

Romeo opened his eyes, a smile spreading on his lips when he looked down at the shorter girl, eyes practically sparkling in admirement while he shook his head. Lonnie was really everything he wanted. She was kind, smart and he knew very well she would be able to kick his ass if he ever did anything to upset her. Which he didn’t have any plans in doing. 

He slowly lifted her up from the floor, glancing around the corridor before wrapping the girls legs around his waist. Slowly walking down the hall while the kisses continued from her neck down to her chest. They couldn’t really get in trouble for this, his grandmother was usaully soft with him so he continued the small walk down to the dorms.

❝ I’m kidnapping you for the rest of the day, we have to be alone for awhile… don’t you think? ❞ a light chuckle left him before he glanced up and met her eyes, a smile graced his lips, brighter than ever before. ❝ You are beautiful… ❞

“I’m glad they’re doing well,” she answered, leaning her head into his hand while fingers were lost in her tresses. “I hope you told them hi from me?”

While he stared down at her in blatant admiration, Lonnie’s smile widened with very clear affection for the charming prince in front of her. He was nothing like his brother—Romeo was sweet and attentive, supportive and proud of her; the older Charming was everything that Chad should have been.

Another laugh escaped the daughter of Mulan, legs wrapping easily around his waist as she was lifted. The kisses to her neck earned another round of giggles as she gently nudged her nose against the side of his head, fingers lazily toying with strands of his hair. It was still astonishing to her everyday that this wonderful, caring boy loved her so much.

“You’re lucky that I don’t have a class next period,” Lonnie pressed a gentle kiss to his temple. As he looked up, she leaned down to touch the end of her nose to his. “But I do have R.O.A.R. practice at four. Want to come watch?”

There’s a breathless laugh that escaped the girl’s lips when Romeo had sought her out in the corridor. In a moment, her back was laid flat against the lockers with the Charming Prince’s lips crashing down on hers with more urgency and passion than she anticipated. 

“Romeo,” she murmured against his lips, arms lifting to circle his neck as his arms wrapped about her waist.

She hadn’t told him that she accompanied Jay and Carlos to the Isle; there had been no time and it wasn’t like she could exactly get the message there safely when they were running in the dead of night to rescue Ben and Mal but she felt guilty over the fact that she hadn’t been able to communicate with him while he had gone back to see his mother and father. Lonnie would have been beside herself with worry if the roles were reversed.

Hands found their to way to his face, fingertips trailing along the prince’s jaw as she leaned her head back with a grin curving the corners of her mouth and gently turning her head to the side for some air. “I missed you, too. How are your parents?”
