☆゚*·゚LOOKING UP AT her, sienna actually laughed. she was thoroughly enjoying the fact that she was part of someone's photo series, even if it involved being in an embarrassing situation. "i actually like that. it makes life interesting and i'm honored to be part of this series." her eyes went down to the acrylic paint she was sitting in, wondering if she could get sick in any way. she hadn't thought about it, in the slightest. "as long as i don't get a rash from these paints, i'll be alright. i can handle anything else." laughing agin, she nodded, standing up to thank her, staring to wipe off the dirt and paint as much as she could. "thank you. i'll try to gather some of this."
“ do i take photos of people embarrassing themselves in public ? actually , yeah . it's a part of a series i have called ‘ second hand embarrassment ’ . for some reason , people don't like to participate . ” margaret tilts her head , slightly amused by the happy go lucky vibe of the other , “ i doubt you'll get sick from sitting in a puddle of acrylic paint , but if someone were to get sick from it , it would probably be you . why don't you just hang tight while i find the poor loser on shift inside ? "

☆゚*·゚CHUCKLING SOFTLY, SIENNA shrugged, looking around at all of the art supplies that had taken refuge in the muddy puddles. she hoped that some of it could be salvaged but at this point, she wasn't really all that sure at all. "i think i'm okay? at least for now. i'll probably wake up with a gnarly bruise. maybe i should take this as a sign to not carry art supplies when it's muddy." sienna squeezed out her hair, now actually feeling a bit gross. "how much of it did you see?"
rather than staying at home and lazing around, she felt like going out for the day. she usually preferred going out at night, to a club or bar but wanted to do something… less chaotic for once. during her walk, however, she came across sienna and unfortunately, it was too late for her to catch up and help her out. nonetheless, she still chose to give a helping hand. literally. andy reached out to her first with a small, concerned expression on her face. "yeah, of course, but are you okay though? you're not hurt, are you?"

☆゚*·゚SIENNA LAUGHED, KNOWING she should probably should've expected someone to be confused by what she's said. "hold on!" running away from the door, leaving it open, which she probably shouldn't have done, but she didn't care. in a quick moment, she came back with a tiny little orange kitten in her hands. "this is tikka meowsala! she's my little baby and in that box is a toy for her. apparently it vibrates and keeps her entertained while i'm painting. isn't that right, tikka?" sienna asked the little cat before holding her up to the man at her door. "she's super friendly!"
if it weren't for the paint quite literally all over the poor girl , kendrick would've noticed her blushing a lot faster than only when she tried to cover her face. he tried to keep his smile non - judgemental , removing the teasing aspect that was previously all over it . but then she started speaking and he became confused . a lot of words that made little sense to him . “ you got what a what 'cause of what ? ” his brain felt fried .

☆゚*·゚THE REDHEAD HAD seen him around the academy and knew of him. while she'd only had fairly brief conversations, she always respected his ability to teach history. all of these supplies would be used for a combination of her own art and those for the students. "well damn, some of it was going to be for final school projects," sienna explained, looking around at the tote bags that were now completely covered in dirt and most likely mud. "yeah, i'm okay, i think. i'll probably find out tomorrow if i've bruised my butt," she explained laughing. "do you mind helping me up? i can at least buy you a cup of coffee for helping."
Santiago was the type of person who preferred to stick to himself whenever he was out and about in town, not particularly keen on small talk, unless perhaps he ran into someone he was a little more friendly towards. Today was no different, up until he spotted a coworker take an unfortunate tumble. His brows furrowed at the mess and a bit at her reaction — had it been him, amusement would've been the last thing he felt. "I think some of this might be pass saving." With that being said, he still stooped down to try to help gather some of the items. "Other than losing or damaging some of your supplies and sitting in a dirty puddle," no one could ever accuse him of looking on the bright side, "are you alright?"

☆゚*·゚LIFTING HER HEAD after the other took the photo, sienna couldn't help but giggle. "i actually love that your first instinct was to take a photo." her eyes wandered around to the mess of art all around her. when the photo was handed to her, she looked down at it and bust out laughing. "that's even better than i thought! do you take photos like this all a lot?" she asked, standing up, wiping her hands on her already messy overalls. the bottoms were soaked in water and an offer for some towels wouldn't be a bad idea. it'd keep her from getting sick. "i'd appreciate that. i can't get sick, too much work to be done this week."
art supplies decorated the pavement , splotches of paint splayed in a way so organic that margaret almost considers a change in professions . grabbing her camera , she snaps a picture of the moment , including the patron who had just fallen . “ honestly ? i would just cut my losses and walk away , ” magaret admits with a shrug . “ here , you can have the photo , ” she offers , extending the photograph out towards them . “ maybe i can get a manager from inside to get you some towels or something in the meantime . ”

☆゚*·゚THE REDHEAD KNEW that most people didn't laugh at their own misfortunes. "honestly, i think so. i've fallen off a ladder higher than that slip." she looked around at everything that had fallen, really hoping that none of the sketchbooks or canvases were ruined. reaching out to the other girl, she took her hand and smiled, allowing her to help pull her up. "absolutely. i've tripped over a rock this morning as well. might need to cancel the floor to ceiling mural i had planned to decorate for my students." her smile flashed across her face. "oh gosh, thank you, that would be wonderful. i'd hate to ruin everything again." the least she could do would be to introduce herself. after all, the other was carrying half her stuff. i'm sienna, by the way, like the color, burnt sienna."
" oh gosh. are you alright? " bella was simply just passing by when she noticed that the other had fell. noticing that it was more than likely due to the big puddle that was on the ground. carefully making her way over and lending out her hand in order to help the other off of the floor and then back up to her feet. " already having one of those days, huh? happens to us all, i feel like. i've had my own clumsy moments from time to time. " turning around to start gathering everything that had scattered around and putting it back into the bag. " i can carry the rest of this stuff inside for you, if that would make it any easier. "

☆゚*·゚FRIENDS WERE IMPORTANT to sienna. she'd do just about anything for the people she cared about. and she'd make sure they knew that. when mateo got hurt, it shattered her world. she hated seeing him so upset, so down, and so bent out of work. imagining life without being able to do art would be an absolute nightmare and she never wanted to think about it. knowing that she could help her friend gave her some satisfaction, and made her feel better. at least she could hopefully cheer him up just slightly, and make him feel better.
giggling, she swayed back and forth before kissing him on the cheek and ruffling his hair. "that's their fault that they're not cool!" sienna held out the food and poked him in the stomach with it to get him to move into the room. "so, this is meatloaf, and there's a glaze on top and i don't know how, but it makes it stunning. i brought enough for us both to eat. so i thought we could! gossip and food!" once again she laughed, looking bright up at him. see, friends made everything better.
Mateo hadn't imagined himself staying in Palmview for this long for many, many years. The future he dreamed about had him jetting around the country, on sets for increasingly bigger budget movies until he became a name amongst casts and crews that could be relied upon, that didn't need any introduction. When the crash took all of that away, he'd found coming back more difficult that it should have been. He wasn't retiring, or slowing down, he was stopped — suddenly and cruelly. He'd done his best to see it as a well-deserved break, much to his mother's insistence, but it'd been hard. He's grateful to the friends around him, without whom it would have certainly been impossible.
Sienna had always taken it upon herself to make sure, again much to his mother's joy, that he was well fed. It'd been luck that he'd found himself somewhere with two of his most precious friends found on set when he needed them the most. He'd known she was coming today, from her earlier warning, but her knock on his door still makes him jump. "I'm coming, I'm coming!" He laughs, finally reaching the door. He opens it and steps aside to let her in with a blinding smile. "You'll upset the neighbours. They're all gonna be jealous you didn't bring them dinner."

☆゚*·゚PART OF THE problem with heading to the art store was that sienna wound up with more bags than she could carry. and it was always a sudden decision, so she hadn't biked there, or driven. so, she was stuck carrying all of these bags by hand. today, her arms were starting to hurt, and she was so focused on keeping them all in her hand that she didn't spot the puddle. cue a slip, causing the bags to go flying. paint going everywhere, including all over her. most people would cry or get upset. instead, sienna sat in the middle of the puddle after she fell, and laughed. "well, i guess that's an indication of how today's gonna go. do you mind helping me gather everything? i don't even know what all i got either."

☆゚*·゚RUMMAGING THROUGH HER cabinets for one of her bigger tupperwares, sienna found one with a bright orange lid that she liked to joke looked like the color of her hair. carefully, she cut half the meatloaf she'd made and placed it in the tupperware. in another matching one, she placed the mashed potato and onion gravy in another. this was a recipe that she'd perfected, one that she knew tasted good. cooking was like art. it allowed her to be creative without getting paint everywhere. as long as she had the time and ingredients, she'd try just about anything. but her favorite part was giving it to others. this particular meal was for matteo, someone she'd grown close to while working on a film set. he was honestly one of her favorite people and it'd become a bit of a tradition now to bring him food.
excitedly placing them in her little bike bag, she headed out, grabbing her paint splattered bike and attached the bag to it. sienna hummed as she biked to his apartment before knocking on his door with excitement in her voice. "matteoooooooooo! i've brought dinner. up off your butt, it's time to hang out with your favorite person!"

☆゚*·゚ON OCCASION, A glass of wine was always welcome. in fact, any type of alcohol was, so that was how sienna found herself at a winery. she was very thrilled about the idea of tasting all sorts of wines, but couldn't tell you what was better. maybe it was more of a matter of taste than anything else. swirling the glass like the sommelier showed her, sienna scrunched up her nose, feeling incredibly ridiculous. this was a rare occasion that she wasn't in a pair of overalls or shorts used to paint, so she already felt silly. trying her best ot hold in her laughter, she shook her head. "i'm sorry, plums? the hell?" sienna looked down into the glass and smelled it before shaking her head and turning to the girl. "not in the slightest. i think he's fully of it. but honestly, i don't even know what a plum tastes like at this point."
at golden palm estate with anyone ( 0 / 5 ) … @palmviewstarters
maybe she just wasn't that much of a wine drinker , much preferring cocktails , but noelle's inability to taste anything other than grapes when drinking it even when the sommelier listed all the notes and undertones and whatever the fuck they said wine had to make it more expensive was astonishing . “ there's no plum in this . ” she spoke matter of factly . there simply wasn't , because she couldn't taste any . “ do you taste plums ? ”

☆゚*·゚SIENNA WAS COVERED in paint, which was no unusual fact. in fact it was normal, something that most people would be used to by now. but when her doorbell rang and she opened the door to find someone holding a vibrating present, she couldn't have been more embarrassed. her cheeks flushed the color of her hair as she hid her face in her hands, no doubt getting paint all over her face. "oh gosh, its' not what you think, really! i got tikka meowsala a vibrating toy 'cause she always tries to rub her face against my game controller when it vibrates!" sienna stated quickly, wanting to defend herself and hope that they didn't think she'd bought herself a vibrator!
at your character's door with anyone ( 0 / 7 ) … @palmviewstarters
he stood holding the box , waiting for them to answer the door patiently . when it swung open , kendrick offered a polite smile that masked a much bigger grin he wouldn't show yet . “ hey , the prime delivery guy was lost because this is in your name , but the address was wrong . told him i'd give it to you . ” which he did . an ill - intentioned person would've taken it home . “ but i kinda tripped on my way here , the box fell and it uhm … it started vibrating and won't shut off . ” cue the grin he could no longer hold back .

you’re not from around here , are you? i figured because you totally just missed SIENNA RUSH walking by . don’t tell me you don’t know who she is ? they kind of look like katherine mcnamara and i could be wrong but i think that they might be 29 years old right now . they’ve been living in palmview for the last 2 years and i don’t know if anyone has ever told them this before but they kind of remind me of aria montgomery from pretty little liars . if you stick around the town long enough you might catch them in action working at coral cove academy as a art teacher . you see this town isn’t really that big of a place , some folks like to call them the ebullient of palmview ! they took a liking to the name too after a while , go figure . oh crap , they must have heard me yapping , they’re coming this way . i got to warn you though , rumor has it they can pretty sarcastic at times . i wouldn’t take it too seriously though , from the times i’ve spoken to them they seemed pretty cheerful to me . we see each other all the time since they live in that one bedroom apartment beside me over in ocean's edge . i better leave you to it , it was nice meeting you .
name: sienna penelope rush age: 29 height: 5'5 apartment: ocean's edge #412 job: art teacher at coral cove academy label: the ebulliant counterpart: aria montgomery - pretty little liars
background:
sienna was born to two loving parents who'd gotten married just out of high school. everything seemed wonderful. they were high school sweethearts, but not everything was all fine and dandy. their parents hated that her mother had gotten pregnant, and eventually shunned them out of the house. they wound up living in a small shack out in the woods as it was the only thing they could afford. sienna grew up learning how to take care of herself so that her parents weren't so stressed out. she grew up learning to appreciate the little things in life. her childhood was full of spending tons of time outside, enjoying all of what the world had to offer.
by her sixth birthday, her mother got a job offer in new york, causing her parents to start struggling. they split up, and sienna was an absolute wreck, because she adored her father and adored them when they were together. but he didn't want to move and wanted to rebuild the relationship with his family. this broke the two of them, but they moved to new york anyway.
there, sienna learned about the world of art, and enjoyed every second of it. she thrived in art schools, and eventually decided she wanted to move near the ocean, so she went to school in miami and began creating beautiful pieces of art. but it wasn't enough. she wanted to teach others the beauty of art, so she got a teaching degree and decided to move somewhere fresh and teach. so far, it's been beautiful and wonderful!
personality:
she's super sweet, fun, and loving. but she's got quite a temper as bright as her hair, and a wild side that she loves to let out. her sarcastic attitude can get her into trouble quite easily!
