first things first, here’s her pinterest bc i love it.

grew up in montreal ( because how could i resist evelyne speaking french HELLO ) and was raised in an extremely wealthy family, basically wanted for nothing. has two older brothers, both estranged at this point.

to cut to the chase, she truly hated her life at home. her parents hardly spoke to her or her brothers, opting to do any communicating through her various nannies or on check memos. she was grateful for what she had, but unfortunately she wasn’t built for a life devoid of any real warmth.

she spent her teens and young adulthood traveling the world, living a million different lives that didn’t belong to her.

one day when she arrived home from a long trip to paris, she looked around and basically said fuck this. and left.

being on ur own is hard. it is SO HARD !

ended up rooming with one of her closest friends among “high society” until she could get on her feet again. turns out, it’s also hard to get a job when you have no life skills.

one night when drunkenly confiding in her friend, she finally realized her friend was not an accountant and was actually an escort. huh ! 

well...... why not try it out ? she’d always enjoyed sex and it couldn’t hurt to get paid.

turns out, she grew really popular really fast and soon she was being hired to attend events, for company, just to have a real conversation with someone.

she was on top of the world, she was wanted, people liked her, her life was warm. until one day, years down the line, she woke up sick and she knew.

she sat on her bathroom floor for hours, head against the bathroom door. thinking. it’s all she ever really wanted. to have a family. but she was basically a local celebrity at this point and having a child -- she didn’t even know who it’s father was.

she made a decision. she did what she knew best. she left.

she’s not sure what exactly made her choose irving. actually, she has no clue. she was looking for apartments one day and voila, it appeared as a suggested search and she took a chance.

she’s been here for five years, her son is now five. she has no idea what she’s doing ! but that’s okay. they’ve made it fine thus far.

i swear im good at writing. i just hate intros so bad.

was born in irving to two eccentric parents, one a college professor and the other a stay at home dad. is an only child and absolutely lived it up growing up. his parents absolutely ADORED him and doted on him and to this day he has a very close relationship with them and his family.

kind of a troublemaker growing up ! not like, anything horrible. they were ( and still are ) just very talkative and friendly. definitely one of those kids that teachers hated because you couldn’t separate them from their friends, bc EVERYONE was their friend. and on top of that, they always got good grades, so it was... annoying because they didn’t understand why they couldn’t talk and joke during class since they always passed.

hs was harder .... #giftedchildburnout. he realized that... damn. this is kinda hard. went from being a straight a student to needing tutoring and then getting frustrated that they needed a tutor to spiraling even more -- it was annoying.

took his frustrations out with partying and actually got heavily into drugs and alcohol, which only worsened his grades when he showed up to school drunk / high all the time.

eventually, he stopped showing up entirely and dropped out.

his parents refused to give up on him, but it was only when he was caught stealing his mom’s jewelry for money that they sat him down and told him he had a problem

they sent him to rehab and he’s been clean ever since ( it’s been about a year ! ) 

wants to get his ged but is too scared :/

roommates ( 0/3 ) : he had to move out sometime, right? unfortunately his current job doesn’t pay enough for him to live on his own. very chaotic. think new girl.

childhood best friend : he cut them off when he dropped out because he was ashamed and embarrassed of what he’d turned into, but they were the first person he called once he got into rehab and they’ve made amends. his rock.

hs tutor : this could be fun ! we could do all types of things with them. he and this muse had a huge blowout which actually led to him completely dropping out. feelings could’ve been involved ? maybe your muse felt like they were failing him and was frustrated bc he didn’t care ? could be so angsty hehe
