Matt was sat with a coffee and pastry in hand when he heard another talking and turned to watch her, with a small laugh. “You know... for the past five and a half years of my life, it seems like that’s all I ever feel..” he stated. “Sorry that’s probably not the thing you wanted to here... I’m sure it wouldn’t last that long for you..” he admitted with a small smile. 

Noelle aggressively stuffed fries in her mouth. She was feeling so many things. Worry about her sister Lamai who had been missing. Nerves because she hadn’t seen Tyler. He missed the latest appointment for the baby and she found out the gender they were having. A son… she was having a son. She felt that underlying fear of loneliness but it was morphing into something else. Fear of her magic coming out. “You ever just have all this… tension and wish there was a way to let it out?” | @sanguishqsstarters​

Matt groaned, Head thrown back and his legs feeling like a buckle underneath. He pulled at the male pulling his shoulders up to standing and looked over to him. He soon tugged at the male until Matt was sat on the sofa, pulling the other male onto him and crashing his lips against the others.

Matt watched the blonde. Her explanation was true and it wasn't the only time someone had wished that for Matt- and despite being safe there, he was alone...and that got to him. After all all his friends were off at college. He sighed. "Yeah... but most of my friends Are supernatural and couldn't come home... and now you wouldn't be able to come home either so I probably wouldn't even know you were back..." matt admitted.

Vicki tilts head side to side, blonde locks brushing against her back. “Yeah, well. Dying young has that affect.” And vampirism, she supposed. She lifts a brow when he questions why she wished he had stayed in Mystic Falls. “You were there at the shitshow of Thanksgiving. Mystic Falls has that anti-magic barrier up, which means all humans are safe. Ergo you would be safe. That seems pretty self-explanatory to me.”

Taking the seat opposite of him, “You look good, Matty.” The blonde smiles, “I wish you would have stayed in Mystic Falls.”

Matt looked up to Vicki and stayed quiet. He knew she was back but had kept his distance - scared that in this town he would get used to her being back and having her taken from him again. “Vicki...” he stated giving a small smile. “You do too..” he said making small talk before a roll of his eyes happened instinctual. “Oh... why?” he wondered. 

The days after the thanksgiving dinner- game- massacre- whatever it was to be called had been chaotic. He hadn't expected to leave the night with a god and led to him enjoying the males company. It was only after a few days of almost hibernating with chronos that the male caught wind of the fact Caroline was missing. He headed back to his dorm to grab a change of his own clothes before heading back out. He sat at a table alone in a coffee shop with a coffee sat infant of him and his phone in his hand as he tapped on it frantically. Soon seeing the shadow if someone hovering over him, Matt looked up. "Oh.. sorry I was just trying to see if anyone had any info on Care.." he admitted.

Matt Donovan — that was a face that Rebekah hadn’t expected to see, but it was a welcoming one, nonetheless. The coffee shop wasn’t too busy and with a pumpkin spice latte in hand, she walked over to him with a warm smile. “No, it’s okay,” she spoke with a soft voice before taking a seat directly in front of him. It was beyond her to ask for permission, so doing and not asking is what Bekah did. “Have you heard anything? I’m trying to work with Klaus, but he’s so distraught. I know exactly how it’s going to go when he’s faced against Lucien once more,” though, at the mere mention of her brother’s sire was enough to cause her teeth to nearly grit with annoyance.

The females voice made a smile cross Matt’s face. Rebekah was always the nicest of the Mikaelson’s to Matt, and he had grown to love her for some time. He watched as she sat opposite him. Matt shook his head and sighed. “No nothing...” Matt stated. “I’m sure that’s gotta be fun to work with Klaus with him in that sort of mess..” he wondered- after all he knew what Klaus was like when he would class himself as ‘happy’.

He had recognised the male and although he wasn’t completely familiar with him in this time, he knew the basics and that the male seemed nice enough. “Oh thanks...” he started. “She has some balls to attack Klaus... good job she’s caroline’s “ he teased. He let out a sigh. “I’m okay... just concerned.” he admitted.

Matt Chuckled. “You are most certainly not...” he admitted. Matt’s chin being raised felt strange... to have someone else take the lead with this situation. The deep voice and breathe in his ear made his hair stick up. Matt returned the others kiss and then watched as the other climbed down on to his knees and was soon caressing himself with his tongue and mouth making Matt groan. “Fuck!”

She had seen her mom and even her biological father. It was only a matter of time before Nova ran into her other dad. She certainly wasn’t lacking in family. When she lost both of her biological parents, one to death and the other to… whatever her excuse was, she gained two more dads, a mom she loved to death, Jeremy who she looked up to as an uncle or dad(depended on the day and situation, really. ) and Caroline, another aunt or mother figure. Really, she loved all of them. Well, except one and that was her bio mom. But that was another story for a never time. Nova moved to sit across her dad, “Wait, what’s going on with Caroline?” Nova was out of the loop with a lot of the things here, honestly. She shook her head, not wanting to come across as some weird stranger to her own dad, “Hi, nice to meet you. I’m Nova Lockwood-Young, one of four of your kids.” She got that introduction out of the way, “So? Caroline? What’s going on?”

Matt watched the female and  raised a brow before she slipped into the chair opposite him and introduced himself and lent his body forward to rest his elbows on the table before giving a small chuckle and smile. “Well I’ve met the other’s kids... about damn time I meet some of my own..” he teased. “I would introduce myself but you know who I am..” he teased. “Caroline... she’s missing... has been since the thanksgiving dinner..” he stated.

Brent let a self-satisfied smile curve over his lips at the not-so-veiled compliment. “Well, if I’m not pretty, then what am I?” he asked. Toying with Matt Donovan was going to be fun. He wrinkles his nose in distaste at the idea of someone with Matt’s potential settling for life on the police force. “You can do better, I promise. Aim higher. Let yourself dream, dude.” After all, if Mystic Falls had no Matt Donovan as police chief in the future, the whole place might fall to shit even faster. That’d work for his plans and he’d do whatever it took to continue to steer Matt away from his destiny.

As the male soon stood at a door, he watched the other and entered with a tug before hearing the other and laughing a little unable to finish as the males lips were soon in his again.
