WADDUP FOOLS i made a new tumblr just so i could post this so i saw a post by @gabs_art_tips on instagram a week ago or so requesting people in the comments to recommend cheap art supplies yknow? and i wanted to give my two cents since ive been obsessed with browsing art supplies to buy on amazon and the like (it's just so fun ok) so, not to toot my own horn, i know a little bit about art supplies B) also if one of the items on this list that i've recommended doesnt meet your expectations them i'm sorry but please dont try to make me feel bad about it!!!!!!!!

ok so like colouring pencils

i own the crayola 100 ct colouring pencils set and they're really good! i've been using them for a year now and they're very nice, but theyre unfortunately not soft-core (wax or oil based), but they're still very good. the colour selection is very nice and i like it. try them out!

i dont own these but they look kinda good, im always a slut for any soft-core coloured pencils under 100,

it's got mostly high ratings on amazon, which is good, but the colour selection (to me) seems a bit too vibrant, like theres not enough muted colours. but idk, you or i will have to try these out for ourselves

again, disclaimer, i dont own these and i possibly never will because 72 colours isn't enough for me, but it seems worth it for the price. p.s. they are soft-core (wax-based) and have high ratings on amazon, so maybe 72 for 29 dollars is worth it?)

finally, something on this list that's actually cheap ;w; (bysomepeoplesstandards) I own these and they're nice! they're very cool, but i'm saddened by the limited colour selection. it really is a shame because i like these markers a lot. i've had these for a while now too, like for a year. the end with the broad tip is sweet for colouring out large areas

i found these in my local bookstore (which also sells some art supplies) and i bought them because i was hungry for more art supplies even though i only had 15 euro. these were 10 euro (9.99). i'm putting this as an extra because they're gel pens, which are usually used for colouring books or for writing, not for drawing or the like and sstuff. a few of them were a bit dry when i got em they're rated eh on amazon which is seeable
