Elections don't always go our way. I think it's important to be clear-headed. There is an inordinate amount of hyperbole regarding the orange man. He will not have absolute power once he's sworn in. We made it through his first term okay and we're going to make it though this one. The panic and fear porn that has been whipped up regarding him is a large part of what pushed ordinary people to vote for him.

I normally have far too much self-respect than to watch television news. Last night was an exception as I was flipping between various news outlets. The best, concise explanation I've seen is the Scott Jennings clip I linked above. You don't have to like Jennings, or his viewpoints, but he nailed this one.

Just a reminder that all of the big players in US media and politics knew full well that Joe Biden had dementia when he first entered the Democrat primary in April of 2019. The vast majority of those people were vociferously exhorting us to ignore the evidence of our eyes for more than four years -- until the debate made it impossible to continue their gaslighting.

Eh, I think there’s always been pushback when Harry does something to his current look and moves forward — pushback with growing his hair long, pushback with his nail polish, pushback on the funky heeled boots, the floral suits, the funky pants, cutting his hair, the pearl necklace, the disappearance of the pearls, the mustache, going back to off-duty active wear… — but, personally, I’ve always found I’ve come around to whatever era of himself he wants to settle into and have fun with. Sure, there are going to be looks I miss, but the vision Harry has for himself always seems naturally subversive to our current idea of what’s attractive (and imo, he’s often right, and more importantly, always interesting).

This also isn’t the first time fans are howling about how they can no longer love him if he’s not the exact canvas they need him to be — people have been saying that about him since the dawn of time, with every iteration of himself that wasn’t strictly molded by Modest. So okay, if that’s what’s important to them, they can find someone else. They probably would have eventually, anyway, if that was their first priority.

Whatever Harry’s reasoning for it — an acting role, a drastic tangible change, a vacation look, a hair transplant (which to my knowledge really doesn’t need a shaved head, but if true, he seems totally okay with and confident in, seeing as he let TMZ film him at a U2 concert) — it’ll always be the least interesting and least attractive thing about him as an artist anyway.

I’ve been following HL for last couple of years.. there were many receipts or articles about their relationships, many stunts happening, people saying all sorts of things, that harry is a queerbaiter, louis is homophobic, how their songs are not appreciated by certain group of people.. but one common thing I’ve observed is that whoever met HL or people part of their band or crew always has nicest things to say about them or how humble or sensitive or understanding they’re.. that is very telling how as an individual they both are..😇😇

Yep. 100% that. I’ve literally never heard a bad thing said about either from people who actually know them/have worked with them. In fact, most of the comments are people being pleasantly surprised by how genuinely nice/kind/respectful/generous etc. they are because everyone knows what assholes famous people can be.

So you know when we say that H and L songs are now necessarily about THEIR relationship or could be about the past, that it doesn’t really give any indication about where they’re standing right now? So there’s this semi-ish known singer who released an album about a month ago. When you listen to the album i swear to god you’d think she’s just broken up with her bf. All the songs are a bit passive-aggressive, she’s talking abt jealousy and tension and love and missing someone, all the breakup stuff. And she singing present tense. The thing is my family is close to her boyfriend’s family (who’s also in music). And I can assure you that these two have been together for 7 years, move in 4 years ago, move to England 2 years ago. Anyone who doesn’t know the artist and her bf could easily think that she going through a break up, but she hasn’t… in the last 7 years.

My point is not that H and L music is not abt each other, or that they didn’t have rough patches. And maybe they’ve broken up and the songs are about that. But I think people should stop spiralling every time and thinking the songs are abt some tragedy between them. Bc we don’t know them and we don’t know their thought/writing process and we can’t really assume anything.

Yeah, I knew Bono. And if you told me to pick any three people that you want your company to represent in the whole management business everywhere, I’d say three of the top three for me would be Harry Styles, the Eagles and U2. So I’ve died and gone to heaven with this. I’m really proud of what Jeffrey and his team have accomplished with Harry. Watching that has been incredible. And Jeffrey and I are doing U2 together, so it’s really been fun.

Myocarditis was always considered a very serious condition -- until it came out that the COVID vaccines were causing it, that is. Then they started saying, "Myocarditis is a very rare and mild side effect, which resolves quickly." The heart doesn't heal like other tissues, but creates permanent scars resulting in permanent impaired function. It was absolutely inexcusable to push these novel, experimental mRNA vaccines on young, healthy people -- given their vanishingly low risks of severe outcomes from the virus.

This study shows the obvious -- a majority of who got myocarditits from the vaccines have permanent heart damage. (Also, it's extremely rare for the virus to cause myocarditis -- the risk is much higher with the mRNA shots.)

Hi, love. I just think these things are so silly. But, sure. Maybe he was there and stood in full view of 20K people and wasn’t concerned about being seen. Maybe Louis was looking up there, specifically, and not just in the general area of that side of the arena. Maybe the only person who got this video shot it with a potato and no one who was closer and could have seen more clearly got a shot of Harry Styles. Seems kind of ridiculous, but 🤷🏻‍♀️
