I don't know I didn't notice this earlier, but in a dialogue Astarion has about his past he talks about being enslaved by the Czarr family, not just Cazador himself. There's text you can find about the Czarr family, but they never appear in the game and you don't get that much information about them. Seems like a bit of a wasted opportunity.
