My cousins and I agreed to go Mt. Samat on March 26,2017 weekdays. We encourage our parents to come along because they also want to see the shrine as well as the museum so they can see and see the history of this place and the experiences of the Filipino people and Americans during World War II. We enjoyed visiting the shrine, especially my mom since first time
he did, at first he was afraid of its splendor
way up but he was already satisfied with the view so high, Â they took pictures for it
memories.
We went to the museum where we could see
the huge collection of paintings and portraits of Philippine heroes and events during the second world war. Most interesting to the museum is the large children's diorama depicting the event of World War II, with blue lights indicating the united forces of the Philippines and the Americas while the red lights are the Japanese Forces. Collections of wall-mounted pictures depicting the brutal events of World War II. The shrine is open daily from 4am to 5pm. I also found souvenirs located outside. We were not able to go or climb the Memorial Cross because it was closed because the President was coming. The memorial cross is 92m high, below the arm's length 72m from the base, with each arm measuring 30m (15m in each syllable). It is a pleasure to climb there because you will find many beautiful sights and there is much to learn.
