Had an amazing lesson with Tom. Even getting compliments from him! Also got a lot of work done.

Getting to sit beside Lucas at midweek, and even had our arms touching (shhh thouch is very comforting for me)

De-Stress Day

I decided to not go to my class this morning and take time just to relaxe as stress has been building up. Watched YouTube, had a stacking compition with Kåre over snapchat, baked chocolate cupcakes and took some to school where those that had them loved them, and also bought the headphones I really wanted!!! Symph was nice, we had a pretty solid rehearsal so I can’t wait for the concert on thursday.

Mess Concert, Lovely Moments

Just getting to the end of this day of a poorly organized event/concert.

Having pizza with brass that Tom bought, buying timbits for brass, and getting double chocolate doughnuts for Billy.

Billy forgot his leather jacket so I had to take it home to him, and god he looks so cute in his pjs! A plain white shirt and pj bottoms. Fuck, I really wanted to hug him.. and cuddle him.. and fall asleep with him..

Another Great Day

Wow I’m really on a role.

So today was the Moberly Jazz Festival (for college and university bands). I didn’t get lost on my way there, got a little lost on my way back, but found where I was once I found my grandmothers old house, and made it to my school safely. Hung out there letting the other trumpet people in as it was our recital that night. Got to meet Michael’s parents who are very sweet. In order it was Asanee, Madison, Billy, Stuart, Lucas, myself, and Michael. Madison messed up bad (I sorta feel bad for being happy about that), everyone did really good though. I was super happy with my performance. Michael, Stuart, and Billy all said I did really good. Billy even said “I wish my first recital went as good as yours, seriously.” God I blushed, later he said that mine and Lucas’s were the best performances that night. I got to talk with Andrea and Bruce, which was really nice. Andrea said she had to stop Bruce from heckling me, but I told him he can heckle me all he wants at my grad recital. At the end Michael’s parents and Billy’s mom praised my performance. I even got a hug from Billy’s mother and she was super excited about getting to hear me play for the first time (she’s only heard me in performance with other trumpets). Honestly, in that moment I felt she was more like my mom than my mom.

It was a really happy evening for me, getting praise from Michael’s parents and Billy’s mom, and getting praise from the senior three, but mostly Billy.

A Great Day

So besides nerding out, I had a lot of fun.

A memeber of out section, Maddison, didn’t show up for sectional. She’s been a problem all year long, showing up late, not showing up and not telling anyone, and worst is just being on her phone constanly (even during sectional and rehearsal). Billy and Michael have been try all year long to get her off of it, but they have given up now. Billy got salty and said well everyone is here let’s start sectional, as I said before Maddison wasn’t there.

Anyway, we had a great sectional, had fun, and got a lot done. We also sounded really great during rehearsal, we were solid. The best part was after sectional I got a text from Billy

I am really happy, honestly this is the best thing from this year. I even blushed, especially as it came from my crush >/////< Thanks trumpets for giving me my best year <3

Great Day

We had a Jazz Jam night and it was super fun, I learned how to transpose (slightly), sang a duet. Before that, a few of us went and got ice cream. I let my friend drive (since I have my N), and even though everyone teases me quite a bit for having a van they really liked it. Even saying that at one point they’ll get one.
