Dirk couldn’t believe his eyes, He had never seen so many trees before… Their trunks were so wide he was pretty sure 3 of him still would not be able to wrap their arms around it, and he couldn’t even see the top of them, they could have gone on forever as far as Dirk was concerned. All the unknown in this situation had this chestnut haired man practically vibrating with excitement. He had so many question just waiting to be answered. Did thunder birds really exist? Might they find something amazing in this huge forest? What did Ivan pack for lunch? Dirk grinned back at his brother as he adjusted his backpack strap. ”You ready bro?”
