Just a few things I want to say Cha Hae-In's story in the Solo Leveling game

First off

How did they make her look so pretty?

She also looks so shy. Probably nervous too. She seems to hide her emotions pretty well at her age, so it's likely that she doesn't have many friends (I say this as someone who was/is like this in real life)

Okay, so Hwang Dong-Soo literally just left Korea. This reminds me of a theory I had about how maybe Cha Hae-In awakened to, in a sense, "keep the power balance," in Korea since an S-Rank just left

Gonna need to do another post on that. Anyway

So Choi Jong-In was also there when a hunter got their first testing as an S-Rank. Nice to see there's a bit of connection between Cha Hae-In and Choi Jong-In already

The way Baek Yoon-Ho and Lim Tae-Gyu are protecting Cha Hae-In from the reporters lsdkfjslakfsd wait-

Yoon-Ho, Tae-Gyu is literally right there. ARE YOU SAYING YOU STILL DIDN'T TALK TO HIM-

Anyway, it's very cute how protective they are already when they barely know her. She's a precious baby. Oh, actually

Maybe that's why they stood on either side of her here. They were worried about her. It could have been her first time raiding Jeju too since she wasn't there in the anime

Tae-Gyu and Yoon-Ho being on the defense and protecting Hae-In from problems while Jong-In is on the offense and dealing with said problems himself

Why do people keep saying Choi Jong-In is arrogant alsdkfjsdf He's literally not. He's not even immediately accepting Cha Hae-In wanting to join his guild and making sure that she's certain she wants to join (Even if she is just doing it because of how close it is to her home)

How many times do yall think he thought of the last conversation they had in the 27 years he spent in the realm

He wasn't playing around when he said "I promise to go see you," she was the first person he went looking for when he came back

Like there's a genuine reason for why the shadow soldiers reacted this way when he reunited with her, they litteraly feel everything of what sung jin woo feels

And that's how the season 2 of solo leveling comes to an end!

I hope he rests in peace! He was really kind one and I absolutely loved him! I'm glad Jinwo didn't continue to use him as a shadow, this proves again just how kind and sympathetic Jinwo is, as a human🩷

Finally! He reached level 100! Century!!!!! yippee!

All of our most favourite shadows "Beru" have finally arrived. The way he started to call Jinwo king from the start is what I was waiting for!

The way her eyes are gleaming with hope is absolutely beautiful

The last episode of the season ended, and I want to talk about Jinhae—

But first, I like the direction they are heading, replacing Hae-in's blushed expression in the manhwa into an ambiguous one — which makes more sense and fits her as a character. She was in a brink of death until she was miraculously saved by Min Byung-gyu, whose soul was extracted as a shadow by Jin-woo as there was no other choice. Not only is he different in terms of mana, he's also different in terms of power; Hae-in felt this desire to be stronger (despite being on-par with Gun-hee), the raid made her realize her limitations and she was far from being strong enough. Hae-in wanted to push further and break her limits. Jin-woo served as an example for her and because he saved her, she wished to repay him by standing by his side. But to reach that goal, she must become stronger.

Jin-woo, on the other hand, was used to fighting all by himself. He carried the weight on his shoulders and swore to protect his loved ones. He was alone (shadows don't count). He deserved someone who would understand him in terms of that struggle

And that's Hae-in.

Like him, she was alone. Rejecting her breaks and chances of leisure to make sure everyone is safe in the dungeon and the boss isn't making a move, and if she's not raiding, she's patrolling in the streets. Hae-in doesn't want anyone around her to die or be in danger, so she chooses to put herself on the line. She carried that responsibility on her shoulders without asking for anything in return.

So the build-up from admiring each other to forming a close bond as friends to lovers— it's one of the most beautiful things ever. They had a long journey (especially in this anime adaptation), and every moment is worth it.

I have to talk about Jinwoo X Haein for a sec bro istg i love how A-1 Pictures adapted their scene

The way he was so gentle with her, the way we could HEAR the anxiety in his voice when he was trying to think of solutions to save her

have we ever heard or seen jinwoo act this desperate aside from when he was trying to heal his mother?

and do you understand just how PRECIOUS and RARE the Elixir of Life is???? he only had five left and he used ONE on her like this is crazy to me cause if i were him i would've been saving that shit for MYSELF and my family (we never know what's gonna happen bro) and jinwoo used it on HER crazycrazycrazycrazy

the faces he made because of her, the SWEAT

the way he's gripping on her shoulder FRUSTRATED and ANXIOUS

the way he looks so upset and DESPERATE bro

and jinwoo hasn't even really interacted that much with her and he's already acting like THIS

I can't WAIT to see how the anime is going to portray their love story especially the DATE SCENE i need them to make it very K-Drama coded like you already have your handsome lead and your pretty FL i know you'll cook A-1 i just know it (psssstt.... so that scene with them spending the night together under the stars... can you guys umm... make that longer than just a kiss i'll give you my kidney for it)
