"You Make Me Brave"-Bethel Music DCYC is around the corner. So, I spent my morning practiced on my drum and polishing my drum skills. It's been 3 weeks and every time I played the song, "You Make Me Brave" by Bethel Music, this image appeared in my mind when I heard the lyrics "as Your love wave after wave, crashes over me crashes over me" and "you make me brave, you call me out beyond the shores into the wave." From this masterpiece of mine, I realized once again that His love is grand, fearful and enormous!!!! At the same time His love is our strength to persevere and in every trials and temptations.

#5 Coffee Diaries: L.O.V.3. ("<3") Today was the first day I visited Constant Gardener cafe, one of the best cafe in Penang. I always wanted to visit it and finally.. I'VE MADE IT!!! I went with my dearest friend, and a girl, who I would say, have lil crush on. Despite of my feelings towards her, I couldn't open up myself as I have a strong insecurity towards her. I have seen and heard that the ways she set those boundaries towards other guys, to me, it's unacceptable. I would say, too much physical touches with other guys, which annoys me a lot. However, love is so blind yet unexplainable.. Despite of those insecurities, they don't stop me from falling in love with her... Haihhh... all I can say is... I am in a boat that is following the flow of a river... God is the one who controlling the wave , wind and flow... I believe one day, He will lead me to someone that I deserve one day... 🤘🏻

Ahhh... It's been awhile to write "Coffee Diaries"... So, yesterday was my off day. However, I went back to Macallum Connoiseur to inform my boss, Fong that I can't make it for the basketball at 9pm (At the same time, I don't think we don't have a chance to play due to the unpredictable forecast changes). And just so happen that another boss (Howard) was there too. They were talking about how well those cafes in Bangkok and how creative other cafes in creating signature drinks. After a while, I told them that we can do it too. The only crucial resources we are lack of is finance. I mentioned that more investors and sponsors are necessary. Furthermore, the brand image and the impression of our cafe to those customers and Penangnites are crucial as well. By knowing well in these areas, we can have a strong and stable sustainability in this industry. After hearing my opinions, both of them found my opinions useful, despite of my job position in the cafe. After then, I left. As I was driving to my next destination, I kept thinking of what I have told my bosses. Then, I realized that setting visions and giving analysis are one of my strength. It had made me realized that this is something that I was born with. I was once so desperate to study design and visual arts, wishing to be a designer. And I prayed earnestly for my next stepping stone before studying degree. Somehow, I felt like this is something that is something I should go for. I never know why God wants me to study business but I just follow by obeying His will. Yesterday was the first time having such strong realization that business degree is something I was built and programmed to do. It is a path that God has designed for me to chase after. From this whole scenario, I was reminded a bible verse: "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways are higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." -Isaiah 55:9 This bible verse has reminded me very often in my life journey when I lost my faith in Him by trying to make sense things that I can't. From yesterday's scenerio, I realized that sometimes, we need to trust that His plans is greater, He knows us more than we know ourselves. Having a close partnership with Jesus in our everyday life will reduce the possibilities of sway from His perfect plan. We will never know the outcome, we will never know the reason at the very first time He called us. We find it weird or doesn't make sense. However, I believe for sure that one day, when we look back what we've been through, everything is make sense and all we can do is praise Him and feel amaze by His leadership.
