Here is a quick list on how I determine to tidy up the Active Users chart:

Blogs w/o Hiatus notice which are inactive for 2 months will be removed from the list.

Blogs WITH Hiatus notice: Removed 2 months after any mentioned return date. If no date is indicated, blog is removed after 6 months.

Blogs That MOVE: if they leave a post linking to their new blogs, will have their URLS updated.

Blogs which have been deleted will be removed without inquiry.

How Blogs are Added to the list. Interested Blogs must either:

Reblog a currently Active Census Post. OR

DirectMessage OPCENSUS OR

Reply positively to OPCensus DM requesting to add them to the list.

OPCensus is also now affiliated with @onepiecerphub, and Apple is helping there when she has the time.
