Studying ref
a general reference for different subjects that i’m making for myself, but feel free to add something if you want. most of them are for cie/high school students, but (*) ones do have some fun stuff like logic riddles and quantum mechanics
Regarding if any of these sources contain AP topics or not is something I won’t be able to verify since I’m not in the American schooling system, but I’ll list any AP courses I can find.
this list contains physics, biology, chemistry, world history, US history, big history,art history, computing + coding + intellectual property, mathematics, economics, US government and political structure, ecology, music, psychology, animation (2D and 3D), resources for SATs and CIEs, and some language basics and a bit of literature
notes; -crash course physics (as of writing this) is still in the process of being uploaded -crash course philosophy (as of writing this) is still in the process of being uploaded -topics with an asterisk (*) may or may not be complete courses, they’re just some really cool sources of info if you have spare time. -some of these courses like astrology or ecology could come under larger topics like physics or biology, however for the sake of convenience i haven’t added them under those topics -history has been categorized separately even though it comes under humanities since it is a very broad term and there are many sub categories in it -im not exactly sure where things like intellectual property go since they come under multiple topics, so they have been added into a bunch of categories, sorry if it causes confusion. -honestly i just wanted to add ballet since i love ballet oops

I don’t understand why anyone would want something like depression or anxiety like I have. Depression’s not “sad woobie emo gorl who SHs and yet everyone loves her.” Anxiety’s not “shy uwu girl who’s so precious must protecc uwu.”
Depression is waking up and yet never feeling fully rested.
Depression is SH-ing and feeling like you have to hide your injuries because people will think you’re just seeking attention.
Depression is suddenly just feeling numb.
Depression is struggling to even just get out of bed somedays.
Depression is constantly feeling lethargic or the exact opposite.
Depression is feeling like you’re just bringing down other people because you can’t just “think positive.”
Anxiety is freezing up in the middle of class when the teacher calls on you out of nowhere.
Anxiety is panicking at even the smallest things and rushing around to find the meds for your anxiety attacks.
Anxiety is feeling like you’re always on high alert, like your fight-or-flight response can’t be turned off.
Anxiety is having an inexplainable itch during an anxiety attack and scratching so hard that it breaks the skin.
Anxiety is a fuckton of thoughts rushing through your mind, thoughts that feel out of control.
Anxiety is panicking out of nowhere.
Anxiety is the fear that people are always judging you, even if the logical part of your brain knows that everyone else is worried about the same thing for themselves.
Just to name a few.
How is that something anyone would want?
i really don’t understand people who WANT mental illnesses. as someone who struggles with mental illness a lot i can assure you it is horrible and it is ugly. social media (especially tumblr if i’m completely honest) romanticises mental illness so much that it is viewed as desirable, and anyone who actively struggles with any mental health issues would tell you it isn’t anything like how social media portrays it and it ruins your life.

You are not crazy, you are not deluded, and you are not making things up in your mind–if anyone feels like what you have experienced before, you are accurately picking up on abusive qualities in the other person… just as if you know what fire feels like, because you were burned by fire in the past. If you begin to feel scorching heat while with another, please know that you are not imagining things. Tell yourself that you deserved better before, and you still deserve better now. TRUST YOUR FEELINGS AND LEAVE.

I've said at least 13 of these or some variation of them at one point or another, or still do.
things abuse survivors think/say
maybe my trauma wasn’t bad enough
maybe what happened was just my fault??
but what if I can’t hold that person accountable? what if they meant well
what if I don’t have the right to be angry?
but what if they didn’t know they were hurting me? maybe its my fault for not saying it
it’s my fault, i’ve always been hiding how badly things hurt me
i’m just weak and pathetic and everything hurts me it’s not their fault i’m like this
hey this this thing actually happen or did i make that up
if i ask abuser they’ll tell me i made it up that must be true they do say i’m delusional
maybe if I’ve done something differently this wouldn’t have happened

I went to NYC with these girls who I thought were my friends. I spent so much money on them the last night I was there, all I got myself was a Disney princess tiara. (Of Rapunzel. Probably should've taken that as a red flag) And all I got as a thanks was them letting me be in a snapchat pic with them, as if to say "hey, you got us shit, so you can be seen with us outside of school."
how to tell if your “friend” is not being a friend:
every time you talk about a problem, you have to spend time convincing them it’s a real problem
you have to convince them that your feelings are real and justified 
you have to explain to them, more than once, to stop saying things that genuinely make you feel awful
you have to be understanding of their point of view entire time, but that doesn’t work both ways, they don’t do it back
you have to be understanding to the point where you accept that they wont ever see your point of view
if your problems make them uncomfortable you have to stop talking
they compete with you and try to prove you that their situation is worse no matter what you struggle with
they try to convince you to get over yourself and to not think of yourself too highly
they make you feel like your opinions, actions or emotions are stupid, and like you should be ashamed for expressing anything to anyone
they pick up on your vulnerabilities then use them against you in critical times
they say things they know will hurt you, to get to you
they hurt you to prove their point and think it’s legit reason to cause you pain
they talk down to you, act as if you’re not capable of making good decisions, scare you into not doing as you wanted, make you feel inadequate and inexperienced in comparison to them
they don’t care if they tire you out with their problems
they don’t care if you’ve already given them more than you comfortably can give
they don’t find you worthy of their compassion and care
they don’t think you’ve deserved their attention or admiration
they neglect you and then come back to you when they need you
they act as if it’s normal for you to spend much more energy and time on them than they do in return
they expect unlimited compassion, kindness, energy, time and care from you, and act as if it’s the least you could do for them
they don’t even consider going that length in return
if they forget, even for a second, that you’re a human being
they’re not to be trusted.
