so none of the newsies jr kids have tags on Ao3 yet, so we're probably going with elmer instead.

one of my friends came up with a headcanon that mainly race and albert took care of pigtails (girlsie from newsies jr) since she joined the manhattan kids when she was a practically a toddler and now i wanna write a fic where they're just straight-up her parents
