kenny who confesses to kyle right before dying because he knows he won't remember by the next day, he does it without thinking kyle will ever accept his feelings and he does it every chance he gets if he's not close to kyle he goes to his house tells him i love you and smiles because he likes kyle's face being the last thing he sees before dying.

kyle who starts to feel like kenny was going to tell him something important but didn't, who notices a spark in kenny's eyes before something happens but then kenny gets quiet and the days goes on normally, kyle who has the sensation that something is messing, that he forgot something important but stan tells him nothing important happened.

kenny whos loved kyle in so many lives, in so many ends, that theyve started to bleeding together for him (you always cry when i say I love you, you were wearing the same sweater the first time i confessed) and kyle doesn't understand what's kenny is talking about and is freaking out because kenny is dying right in his arms.

kyle who keeps noticing how kenny seems to zoning out almost every day right before he looks like he's going to say something important. kyle who asks kenny 'if i forget something, you would tell me right?' but doesn't remember what kenny answered.

kenny who starts to suspect kyle is remembering something but doesn't let himself to hope so dismisses every attempt of kyle asking him something and wonders why is kyle acting so weird (still hopes some part of kyle is understanding what happens to him because if there's someone who can solve the mystery is the smartest guy he knows)
