A friendly guide to describing your OCs (to your artists):

-When describing them, DON`T:

✿ Write 3 pages about your character. One paragraph is more than okay. A few pages for just a general idea of your character will be unconfortable for your artist to keep handy and picture your character correctly.

✿ Include their backstory. Its irrelevant for your artist to know all the details for your ocs personal life.

✿ Just say “its a nice guy :)” try to use descriptive, objective words to describe briefly their personality. The same can be applied to “shes beautiful”. What is beautiful to you? Talk about their specific features!

-Please DO:

✿  Keep it short and simple. 

✿ Include their personality! Facial features mean nothing if we dont know what their demeanor is like! Want expressive art? Be sure to include their personality.

✿ Be as objective as you can. Talk about their body shape, the size and shape of their nose, the color of their hair, specific markings, etc.

**OC commissions MUST include a description of the character(s) and *REFERENCE IMAGES*. I won’t accept your commission if you have no reference images of your character.

The Process:

You’ll send me an email at lemoro.commissions@gmail.com, filled out in the format above. I will respond to you within 24 hours telling you whether I accept it or not.

If I accept your commission I will reply back with the total price.

If all looks good to you, please proceed to send me the total payment to my PayPal address, which is lemoro.commissions@gmail.com.  PLEASE SELECT “NO ADDRESS NEEDED” BEFORE YOU SEND THE PAYMENT. If you don’t I’ll have to send you back your money and ask you to send it again the right way. Paypal will charge a fee for this, so please do it the right way first so that YOU don’t end up losing money! I will notify you back when I’ve received your payment (sent properly).

*If you chose the FULL COLOR option, I will send you a rough sketch for your approval before I finish it.*

- ORDERING AND COMMISSION PROCESS -

Contact me via email idadobnik@gmail.com with the idea about your commission, including the following information:

Contact info: your name/nickname (incl. platform/link)

Your PayPal-address (for the invoice)

Commission type and style

Number of characters and character info: name, personality, description and references, relationship of depicted characters etc.

Please provide visual references! Photographs, illustrations, sketches- anything goes. If you only have descriptions of your characters, please include photos that show your character’s features, even if they’re not pictures of the actual character. ​You’re very welcome to link to references, collections of inspiration, character sheets etc.

If you’re commissioning a game character, please include screenshots taken in the character selection menu/ somewhere in the game where there is neutral light, to make it easier to identify your character’s colors.

General idea: What is it that you want to see, what do you want happening in the picture. Any wishes regarding pose, expressions, colors, etc.

If you have any specific requirements like size, resolution, etc. you can let me know! :)

Please keep your info short but clear.

I will get back to you and inform you whether your commission is accepted and/or if the slots are already full. (However, if all of the slots are already taken, I can put you on a waiting list. This means that I will contact you as soon as there are slots available.)

We will discuss the price and the references for the commission. After we discussed the price and sufficient references are presented, i will first send you a rough sketch, for you to confirm. After that you’ll be getting a paypal invoice and I’ll start to work on your image after I receive the full payment.

I’ll send you progress steps of your commission so that you can speak up about problems and ask for adjustments. Please respect the fact that I won’t change the entire artwork, especially in a late state - so keep in mind to make your wishes as clear as possible before. If your wishes and requests change repeatedly during the process of completing the commission, i will charge you additionally for the changes that go beyond the original price.

It will take anything from a couple of days to 2 weeks for me to finish your commission and send you the image via email.  

When I finished the illustration, you will receive an image in full size PNG in 300dpi and a version in a smaller scale with a watermark. All commission orders are for personal use only. Commissions may not be redistributed or used commercially. Please do not edit your commission and please do not remove my signature/watermark for any reason. If you decide to reupload your commission to your websites make sure to use the provided smaller image and credit me as the artist with a link to any of my websites.

I may post your commission online in my portfolio and/or social media. Please let me know if you wish to be mentioned  or if you prefer to stay anonymous.

- PRICES -

The base prices serve as a reference point, the style and complexity of your character - their anatomy, clothes / armor, pose, props and background choice - all factor in when estimating the final price of your commission.

Examples of styles: Sketch, Simple color, Full illustration, Sketchpage, Reference sheet

You can also request different styles.

- PAYMENT AND REFUNDS -

Payment:

I only accept payment through PayPal invoices, fully upfront. Please provide your PayPal email with your order.

As soon as you’re getting your paypal invoice, please pay immediately. If you’re unable to do so within 48h without letting me know beforehand, your slot will move down the list.

Please never send me money upfront without an invoice!

Refunds:

I reserve the right to decline any commission at any time

If you wish to cancel your commission, please notice me as soon as possible. If I have not started to work on your commission yet, you will be given a full refund. A partial refund will be given for commissions that are work in progress - you pay for the work that has been done already. Finished commissions will not be refunded. If you’re not satisfied with the result, we can discuss a different solution.

PayPal invoices:

If you don’t know how invoices work: I will send you the invoice (a bill) for the agreed amount to your paypal e-mail address.. PayPal will notify you about the invoice via e-mail and all you have to do is click the “view and pay invoice” option which will redirect you to your PayPal where the payment will be completed.

Things to know about tattoo designs:

Delicate lines might break with aging

Intricate small details might blend together and smudge with aging

Detailed tattoo designs require a big tattoo size

The outcome of the tattoo design depends on the skill of the tattoo artist and tattoo care

Skin is not paper, ink on skin changes as it ages. Some images might change a lot over time. Discussing the design with your tattoo artist is very important. Pick a design your tattoo artist is comfortable with and capable of executing. Often your tattoo artist will be able to design you the tattoo you want and make it fit your body and expectations. This is especially important for trendy tattoos like watercolor tattoos and delicate detailed tattoos. Find an artist who excels at those kinds of tattoos, they will know exactly how to design them and what they are capable of creating. Keep in mind that most of the pictures you find on the internet are fresh tattoos, they might look different in 10-20 years.

I’ve been designing tattoos for over 3 years, working with tattoo artists. My tattoo designs follow the rules about size and amount of detail in a way to make sure the design can last a long time without breaking or smudging.

In your email please provide name/online name I can credit you with. Please title the email with ‘Commission Query’.

Please provide clear and detailed references, high quality images preferably. If you want me to draw an OC without an existing image reference, there might be an extra charge. For written references, please be clear and concise, including Height/Eye+Skin+Hair colour/Face+Eye+Body shape, etc and basic personality.

Prices can vary due to the complexity and detail of the character, and if there’ll be any additional props. The cost of Full-bodies can also vary due to age/size of character.

I can draw in anime style or semi-realistic. For Digimon fans, I can draw in Bandai style too~ 

I’m pretty open to all sorts of requests but please bare in mind, I won’t draw: gore, pornography (I can draw nudity, but please be tasteful~), explicit imagery, violence.

Finished a new commission sheet to make it a bit more presentable to the eye ~~ Chibis : A painted chibi will be 10 usd while the flat line and color will be 7 usd

Busts: A painted bust is 15 usd while the flat line and color will be 12 usd

Half body: A painted half body will be 21 usd while the flat line and color will be 18 usd

Full body: A painted full body will be 30 usd while the flat line and color will be 27 usd

Extra info: Please show me references of your oc or character (if its just a character tell me their full name and where they are from), at least 3 references per character 

Extra characters: Add an extra 3 dollars for each extra character to each each total to have new total, I will do a total of 3 characters max. 

What I will/can do: I can do over complicated patterns and designs, and I can do chibis of animals, mild nsfw content

  What I cant/wont do: I wont do furry art, or actual animals outside of chibis, no gore or anything too fetishizing.

1. I’m only communicating with my customer via email 2. I have a right to post my piece on my social media with mentioning of my customer(or they can stay anon for reasons) 3. Also YOU have a right to ask me for not posting my work on any social media, its totally okay with me. 4. I recieve PayPal only, USD and RUB. 5. Credit the artist. ALWAYS 6. If commission is done, NO revisions will be done after. Please respect artist’s time and think about what you want to see. 7. HOW TO COMMISSION ME

When mail will be recieved, I can accept and reject commission due reasons such as - not following steps; the art will be difficult for me to pull it off; extreme themes of drawings (NSFW, gore and ect) 4. You have to pay a full price through invoice after I’ll show my sketches and after you’ll accept them. 5. I’ll inform you every step I’m making, so be sure to check your e-mail often. 6. The artwork will be send to your e-mail as a file. Also there can be little sketches just to thank you on other file :)
