Miraculously appeared in the Crystal Room, the human brings nothing but disruption in her wake, leaving no time to rest to the Guard or those around them. Miraculous appearance goes with miraculous discoveries, bond with the Oracle, and innovative ideas—it is difficult to say that the meeting does not leave a lasting impression. Whether it is with admiration or resentment.

Althaia struggles to survive in a world that, even as it calls for help, never ceases to reject her. A world that constantly reminds her that its environment is too hostile for a mere human. A world that makes her understand that, as she is, she will never be enough.

How is she supposed to help a world that grants her such precise visions of the future when she has only just drowned—with a mermaid's tail still in place of her legs? More than that… does she truly have the will to help a world rushing toward its own demise?
