What is digestive gas pain?
Digestive gas pain is stomach pain coupled with the passing of gas, due to indigestion problems. This happens when you have consumed certain foods that the stomach has trouble digesting, resulting in poor digestion or indigestion. The following foods are known as the ‘gas culprits’ –
Certain types of vegetables, such as cabbage, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, and asparagus
Lentils and beans

What could your digestive gas pain mean?
1. Your digestive gas pain could mean that you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). If you are passing gas along with severe stomach pains, constant diarrhoea, and bloating, occurring regularly, then you might have IBS. The nerves inside your gastrointestinal tract will tend to be more sensitive to the gas that is produced there.
2. Digestive gas pain could also mean that you’re consuming foods that you’re allergic or intolerant to.
