Important Information

A scientist working for the GDA on Project Janus, a top-secret weapon/tool that allows the GDA to recreate their greatest minds should they be lost by reuploading their consciousness to a backup system and emulating them via hologram technology and AI communication systems taught by the memories input by the deceased before the time of death. 

Closest with Cecil overall, which, of course, leads to untimely death. 

While working on Project Janus, she believed it did not work when she initially uploaded her consciousness as a test run. Trying to activate it reared no results until months later when she’d die at the hands of Omni-man or Nolan Grayson. 

During the altercation with Omni-man following Donald’s death, when Cecil was teleporting in to try and buy some time, Amelia grabbed onto his arm in an attempt to stop him – afraid he wouldn’t come back. Instead, however, during one of the many times Nolan lunged at Cecil, she’d throw herself to push him out of the way, ending up nothing but gore. (Episode of death is S01E07)

Once the dust settled after the massacre in Chicago, Cecil would return to Amelia’s office to look over her belongings. Only to see a blinking green light on that new device she’d poured herself into over the last few years. Pressing the button revealed a hologram of Amelia’s face and shoulders. Project Janus was a success. And here she was to prove it. 

From this point on, Cecil keeps the device on him. It is used as a sort of AI assistant like Cortana or Siri, although it has much more weight behind it, considering the unspoken feelings between the two. Feelings he’d never be able to tell the ‘real’ her again.

Fun Facts 

The GDA had employed her for the last 20 years before her death.

Once Cecil became director of the GDA and Amelia was still just a technician, she began to model her work ethic after the man. Sometimes being referred to as his shadow. 

She and Cecil were ‘partners’ or ‘lovers’ for lack of a better term, and due to the two of them never establishing a relationship in any official context before her passing. 

When she learned about how Donald and other GDA agents had been brought back with robotic exoskeletons, she quickly decided she wouldn’t want that in the unfortunate time of her passing. Instead, she poured herself into researching and beginning Project Janus to continue to be useful even after her death without losing her sense of herself like Donald did at times. 

She spent her entire adult life devoting herself to work until she began seeing Cecil. Even their ‘relationship’ originated from the workplace and her admiration for him. 

The hologram version of Amelia that Cecil carries around and uses as an assistant is not truly her. It only contains her memories up to 6 months before her death because that was when she uploaded the backup of her consciousness in the testing stage – meaning, she does not remember the moments leading up to her death or that she sacrificed herself for Cecil until he tells ‘her.’ 

Cecil knew she loved him, and she died not knowing he returned her feelings. 

Before she and Cecil began to see one another outside of work, Amelia was known for working late and falling asleep at her desk. 

She only really stopped because Cecil began to check in on her around the end of their days and escort her to his home.  

While it was obvious to most other GDA employees that she and Cecil were close, only Donald ever actually found out about their romantic entanglement. 

After her death, Cecil keeps a framed photo of Amelia in his office beside the framed picture of Donald. 

Cecil tries to move on and act as though her death was just another one of many in this line of work, like it didn’t bother him more than usual – but it does, pushing him further instead.

OroNao 🐍🐁 | A New Year, New Hopes 🌨️

Typically, in the past, neither Naomi nor Orochimaru did much to celebrate the New Year. Not finding it necessary, seeing each new year as another further from their goal. Orochimaru in the past believed it was another year closer to death, similar to his viewpoint on birthdays. Another reminder of how his goal of immortality seemed further and further. Naomi saw each new year as another year she and others hurt by Orochimaru still went without Justice.

Until now.

Now, things have changed. Months after their wedding, the new year represented something entirely different. Each was more mature and capable, but most importantly, each had new goals. The new year meant new opportunities, new beginnings… Another year of developing their relationship.

With this new mindset, instead of being their typical sardonic selves, they spent the night together, in one another’s arms and sharing a kiss as the clock struck 12.

okok no super long caption this time since id rather the comic do the talking for me-- BUTTTT in case u didn't realize the 'space picnic' is a small reference to when Goku told Chi-Chi they were having one, and she told Android 18 who told Krillin and so on-- since then it has been a random idea in Tang's mind. something shes wanted to try and experience just for the novelty and simplicity of it. She would have enjoyed going with Lord Beerus, but they don't often travel to other planets but his and Earth. Tang travels with Frieza across the galaxy <3 plus I thought it'd show their relationship development from a bit further once she's been traveling on and off with him for quite some time.

additionally, want to superduper thank @klaudia96art again for this incredible comic. she really helped bring the small idea I had for these two to life, even adding the extra panel of them enjoying the picnic <3

Home was just one of those words that throughout Tang’s life, the definition kept changing. When she was a child, her home was the cave she lived in at Mount Paozu. During her adolescence, it was her adoptive parent’s home. For many years of her adulthood, it was her home next door to Capsule Corp where she could spend time with her friends often— 

But she could certainly say for the last few months, she’d considered Lord Beerus’ world to be her home. Moving there around the same time Vegeta began training with Whis, she’d grown accustomed to living on his planet. The scenery is always beautiful, and the daily chores she took over from Whis were easy. Most of all, she got to spend her time attending Lord Beerus. 

Truthfully, the question is, does she consider the planet itself home now? Or just Destroyer God himself? 

Always jumping at any chance to show him affection, to cook or bake for him… gods, just to be around him at all— Today being no exception, the woman hugging the cat-like deity as they walked together. The sounds of Whis training Goku and Vegeta rumbling somewhere in the distance. 

This. This was Home.

I definitely need more of her and Beerus considering he is her main love interest for her main timeline and was the reason I wanted to make her..

Tang Tian. Even her name was sickeningly sweet, just as everything else about the mortal. The pathetic, weak human… who’s kindness and affection even stuck with the Lord Frieza of all people. Leaving him repeating the memories he had of her when they were apart. Frustrated— no, furious— at the fact that some baker had such a hold onto a piece of him that he did not even realize he had. His heart. 

Images of her plagued his mind, and the time they shared each weekend she traveled with him— by the gods, he wished she would travel with him more often. His favorite human spent the remainder of each week with Lord Beerus, her silly human, or Saiyan friends. 

This was all wrong. Very wrong. Something must be wrong with his mind— there was no conceivable reason some idiotic human baker girl could have such a pull on the ruthless emperor.

The longer time went on, Frieza came to accept anyone associated with Son Goku must be full of surprises. But… he had never anticipated one of the monkey’s human friends to be so particularly ‘surprising.’ The strange, overly sweet human baker girl who always seemed to be at Lord Beerus’ side always surprised Frieza when they met. 

First, at the tournament of power, when she suddenly jumped on his back and hugged him to congratulate him on being revived. 

And again on every subsequent weekend, she traveled with him. She’d randomly hug him, giggling and praising him in all sorts of ways the ruthless emperor was not used to. 

It was infuriating. That’s what it was. For some weak human to place their hands on the mighty Frieza— anyone else would be killed for even getting too close. But not Tang Tian.

Overall I have 2 ‘timelines’ for her. Her main timeline ties directly to the main anime/manga timeline, in which she ends up shipped with Beerus. 

While the timeline she’s shipped with Frieza directly runs with her Beerus timeline, the timeline splits following the Tournament of Power– where instead of staying with Beerus and her friends all the time, she accompanies Frieza with the Frieza Force.

For organizational purposes, each timeline is numbered. 

Tang’s main timeline, where she is with Beerus is T1.

The timeline that splits off that one, where she ends up with Frieza is T2.

Fun Factsෆ

Her power level is explained by her childhood in the wilderness + training from Tien Shinhan at multiple points through the series to acclimate her power level just below Chi-Chi’s. 

Tang's full name means 'Sugar Sweet' or 'Sweet Sugar'

Her parents' names also follow the naming rule Toriyama placed

Tang is the inventor/creator of the ‘Z-Boosting Cupcakes’ as she calls them, which are an alternative to the food pills Capsule Corp. supplies with extra. Said alternative offers the same kind of boost as a food pill (ie, full stomach, increased stamina, replenished health, etc.) but instead of either a flavorless or bitter food pill, in the form of a sugary sweet cupcake. Each different flavor provides a different power boost type. They kick in quicker than food pills but do not last as long – requiring more cupcake consumption. 

In the anime/manga, she would be nothing but a supporting character. In any game, only an add-on or support type.

Her role in Beerus’ life is both as a romantic partner and unofficial attendant of some sort. Similar to Whis, she lives on his planet and carries out duties to keep the Destroyer God happy. Some examples include the sorts of chores Vegeta and Goku do when training there, as well as cooking and cleaning overall to allow Whis more time to relax. 

With Tang’s role as his ‘unofficial attendant,’ Tang is allowed to accompany Beerus almost anywhere he pleases.

When shipped with Frieza, Tang is simply referred to by the Frieza Force soldiers as 'Lord Frieza's Companion,' and is never supposed to experience disrespect from them.

By Super, Tang has used one Dragon Ball wish. She requests Shenron bestow her with knowledge of every written culinary recipe on earth, but she knows there are recipes out there that are unwritten and unknown to her, which drives her to try to create her own.

Sometime following the Broly Arc, Tang begins to be trained by Frieza in the timeline where she is shipped with him. Her power level in this timeline is undetermined due to how powerful Frieza is and dependent on how much she is capable of as is.

Info For All Timelinesෆ

She doesn’t know who her birth parents are, and from as early as she can remember, she had lived deep in Mount Paozu until a man found her. She’d grow to call him Father, a kind bakery owner traveling through the mountains on a delivery run named Gāodiãn Tian. 

Shortly after Bulma and Yamcha broke up, Tang and Yamcha began to date after he regularly visited her family business. However, a similar fate befalls them when Yamcha’s unfaithfulness becomes even too much for Tang as it did Bulma.

This brings the two women closer, and Bulma and Tang relate with one another. They spend ‘girl time’ together complaining about boys and whatever other nonsense comes to mind.

(eventually, i'll upload the complete list / writing I have for all of Tang's appearances or how the anime would be different with her presence. it's currently being worked on more than halfway through DBS and working backward to DBZ next and then DB.)
