OKAY. I know it was a moment where we were supposed to feel sorry for him but the other fillies and colts calling Sombra ‘Sombrero’ was priceless okay? On one side you’re like, ‘wow r00d’ and on the other ‘i’m so sad to laugh but it’s too funny not to laugh’.

    He smirks, “A few broken fangs is hardly any concern of mine.     It may PROVOKE me but there is nothing else you can do that     will take the pedestal for fracturing my form as a STUDIOUS     mare had.”

That got her attention.

“Somepony better watch his mouth. Wouldn’t want an accident involving your teeth and a certain pony’s hoof, hm?”

    “I believe it isn’t any of your CONCERN, compadre.” Be it may himself or any pony      else he knew better then to make friends with... outsiders. Outsiders as in potential      threats not only to himself but the student body of the academy as well. The right      course of action would be to bring the trouble to the headmaster’s attention but he      was only assuming his other self as a threat since not only was he meeting an older      and presumably disturbed and corrupted shadow but he did not want to get involved      with it at all. Having to stare into ghastly eyes was stomach-churning.

        If there was fear he did not show it, and even the slightest hint of curiosity         disappeared with his need to get to where he needed to be -- wanted to be.        “I’m afraid I will have to decline your gracious offer but I need no spells. I just         need to get some rest.” With that, Sombra proceeded to walk around.

  The older Sombra huffed an amused grunt as his horn glowed, crackling and bubbling the concoction of vibrant violets and greens.  The magic sparked for a moment before dying down, the stallion opening his eyes as his gaze remained on the younger unicorn.  He was brimming with potential—the shadow king could feel it in his brittle bones.  Ah, how age was doing him no justice.

              ❝You appear exhausted.  Pray tell me what you                       were doing prior to this, child?  Surely it must’ve                       been something labor intensive.  A sleep spell                      would help you rest much more easily and give                       your body the opportunity to unwind fully.❞

    The knight in training blinks to rid of his cross-eyed response     and steadies himself on his hooves again. You did not just     flick him on the nose !

    “Ah, but of course. You are but a SECOND HEIR to the throne      --- a  s p a r e . Perhaps ‘eh conversation with your sibling is      more appropriate, isn’t that right?”

“… I’m sorry, are you talking to me…?”

She’s not about to converse with him. Not easily, at least.

sombra’s first initial thought is always, ‘discord must be pranking me again wow what a jerk’ but he totally knows it is not a prank and he’s just ‘im going to die tonight l8′

    “... Ehm, I am guessing?”

        It wasn’t as if there was room to talk properly since it has been the second time he’s         crossed paths with himself from another passage of time. The strange meetings were         starting to make him fret with the properties of space-time continuum and how the         multiple encounters could tear a fabric in space if it hasn’t already. Science was not         his forte and he wished to keep it that way but he wasn’t doing a very good job of         staying in his own ‘timelines’ so to speak.

    And he isn’t so unnaturally impolite or, was his response even impolite?     Thing is, Sombra was debating whether he wanted to backtrack his way     out and find a place to be alone but he was also tired from jousting practice.

                             “This is ‘eh prank, right?”

| ♔ }    The old king blinked he stared at the other, lifting his hooves to rub them softly before planting them back on the ground.  His mouth hung slightly open as his ears pinned back, an almost confused yet…disgusted look plastered onto his broad muzzle.  He swore he was dreaming, but he knew in fact there was another one of him in front of him, but this one seemed almost…nostalgic.  Letting out a low grunt, Sombra heavily snorted.

           ❝Now I know I am seeing things.  You appear to              be me, yet… are not at the same time.  Almost as              if you are from another time, even.  I really must             look into the possibility of multiple dimensions.               You look rather young and have seen better days             than I.  Well, minus the bags… Studying hard?❞

ooc. Sombra does mean 'shadow' in Spanish so I thought why not make him Spanish? There really needs to be more people pony of colour even in the MLP:FiM fandom and it's nice to mix things up a little. Sombra is one of those characters who you can take apart and put back together with your own twist and background story so!

(( I never realized how much I would love the idea of a Sombra with a Spanish accent.  oscuridevorador did this to me ahhh.  SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HEADCANONNNN. ))
