T.K. Yoon Route Review (Castaway! Love’s Adventure)

TK’s Story Premise:                                                                                          

TK is the photographer for the company the MC works for. After the ship crashes on the island TK becomes quite passionate about exploring the island and his enthusiasm rubs off on the MC as she starts this adventure with him. MC learns that TK has a journal given to him by his grandfather and contains information to a secret treasure on the island. Just as MC and TK seem to be growing closer together TK’s grandfathers journal goes missing and in a heated moment he accuses MC of stealing it. MC then has to prove it wasn’t her and goes on to help him not only find it but also find the real culprit who stole it. In the end they come together and find the secret treasure that TK was so desperate to find.

My thoughts on his story:

I really loved this story. It was well written, flowed together nicely and was exciting enough to keep me interested. I also loved the CGs and sound effects this game offers. I really liked the dynamic between the MC and TK. It's sort of they aren't happy unless they are bickering back and forth and yet they like each other so much but are both too stubborn to admit it. The competitiveness between them is great too.

Hmm… what can I say about TK he was stubborn, hard-headed, hot-tempered and had to be Mr. last word and I know everything. I could totally understand why MC couldn't stand him to start with because he definitely struck a nerve or two of mine. Even though T.K. had these character flaws and made it very hard for me to like him in the beginning somehow he also had redeeming qualities such as being caring, loving and even at times shy with the MC and it made him not so annoying but instead super sweet and super cute. TK was also very good-looking and quite cute when he finally came around to realizing his feelings for MC.

They’ve worked together before so it's not the first time they've been around one another I felt as though the MC and TK had some feelings for one another from the beginning but are both too stubborn to admit to anything and have that type of relationship where they don't really know what to do with one another if they aren't arguing because that's all they seem to know how to do.

Overall, I really loved his story and it was well worth the money spent.  

REMINDER: This is a Voltage Entertainment USA, inc. game so the main story is in three parts and cost more than a Voltage Inc. Game.

Overall Rating: 10/10. I would recommend this story route.

Now you’re stranded on a tropical island with nothing but your wits and 5 sexy strangers. You’re trying to focus on survival but things start to get heated... are these feelings real or is the island sun getting to you?

I have to say that the one thing I LOVE about this app right from the start is the MC. I mean she's not only witty, sassy, strong and hilarious but she looks so much different from the stereotypical MC. She has PURPLE hair and I for one think that is SO FREAKING COOL and also I dare say she's slightly curvy and I have to say that is also much appreciated for us curvy girls that play these games. They did good with this MC’s Image and I think it's great and perfectly fitting for the plot and scene. I love the artwork and the CGs I also love the music and sound effects. I liked the dynamic between certain characters and the different  personalities they all have. I think the story lines were great and well thought out and flowed together nicely. All in all very cool and very well done.

I would rate this app a 10/10 and I would recommend it.

Yoshimitsu Valentine Route Review! (Gangsters In Love)

Yoshimisu Valentine’s Route Review is HERE!

****POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT! I tried not to give anything MAJOR away but it could still be a spoiler for anyone who hasn’t read his route so I’m just letting everyone know ahead of time before you read this.  Also, this is the first review I’ve ever written so please go easy on me lol! :)

YOSHIMITSU VALENTINE  -Heart Of A Samurai-

A hot-headed yakuza he is far from gentle with his words but he always keeps you close by.

I chose Yoshimitsu Valentine to watch over me and I don’t regret anything… I mean fiery red hair, huge muscles, amazing tattoos YES, PLEASE! LOL! I wanted him from the start. 

Yoshimitsu is Chance Valentine’s older brother and he was adopted by Chance’s father Franco Valentine, Franco is the leader of a rival gang. Yoshimitsu seems to struggle with the fact that he was adopted and feels like second best to his younger brother, who is the leader of their gang. After finding out who his mother is, she asks him to come with her back to Japan to become the leader of the Yamamori, so he pushes the MC away while he struggles with his decision to stay with his gang or return to Japan and become a leader. He’s a playboy type who fools around with the MC and plays it off like it’s nothing, mostly because he is afraid that when all is said and done MC will leave so he is trying to convince himself and her that it’s just a fling and not serious.

I loved the way he was with the MC even though he wasn’t always so gentle with his words he was very protective of the MC at all times and I felt like it was very clear early on that he deeply cared for her. I loved his strong and protective personality and felt that although he came off as somewhat a playboy he also had some redeeming gentlemanly qualities. I also like how fun and carefree he seemed because he was always joking around a lot and was really fun to be around. I have played MANY otome games and let me just say that I have NEVER had feels like the ones I got with this route. I really wasn’t prepared for the rollercoaster of feels this route took me on with such physical reactions like my face burning hot from the super steamy scenes to my heart racing from something he said OMG! Unbelievable feels! Also, the emotional ride from crying to screaming at him in frustration. His story was a deep and complex one for me, but I definitely fell hard for him. Also, he’s HOT! I mean let’s not kid ourselves he is SO SUPER HOT! Honestly, he has become my favorite voltage character and is #1 on my bias list. Overall, I LOVED his story. The CGs are beautiful, the story is well written and paced nicely. My one and only disappointment with this game is the MCs image I mean she has eyes (FINALLY!) but she looks like a sugary sweet Barbie doll and I don’t feel like she fits the image of the game very well. I understand she isn’t in a gang originally and she’s not from that “world” per se and I love the CGs, but in some of them, she seems so pretty, pretty princess that it almost looks out of place and odd. I would recommend this app and route to everyone because it was amazing. I am really excited to see where they take his story from here.

Overall Rating: 10/10

REMEMBER: This app is from the American branch of Voltage so the main story is broken down into three different parts so it costs more overall, but for me it was well worth the $13.00 it cost for Yoshimitsu’s route.
