Gays, games, gardening, and other great topics. I think they're great, anyway. You're welcome to go home if you aren't having fun. Canadian. He/him. Nerdy and extremely gay. If I've accidentally posted AI garbage, or your art that's uncredited, let me know! I will make it right.

This reference photo was in my folder for months, and I thought it would be an easy recreation. But turns out this is probably one of my hardest drawings yet! I made the skin more realistic and juxtaposed it with a more simplistic/more stylized top and bottom to give the overall piece a pop realism kind of look. I know artists are known for hating their stuff but I cannot lie I'm obsessed 😭

I have been SUPER wanting to grow this plant. It's a rather old fashioned but easy to care for plant, apparently.

excerpt from the original post: this is dictamnus albus—commonly called gas plant. on hot days, it emits a citrusy, flammable oil that briefly ignites when exposed to flame. it’s completely harmless to the plant, but incredible to witness.
