Ebisu liking Ogata Kou (white hair) over Rin (black hair) isn't about who's the older brother, but because there aren't many scenes where Rin is doting on Kou, whereas there's a couple scenes where Kou dotes on Rin.

Mamaaki hair color mystery solved 😭

Tanamai wanted it white to begin with, during vol 2 (while she was drawing the back cover I imagine) her editor said "a purple closer to Ame's would be better" so she went with that, but after that she decided she wanted it white anyway

(So you could say her natural hair is white but it's dyed on the vol 2 back cover)

Which is why this is the only art of Mamaaki with purple hair, and every other time both before and after this has white hair 😭
