Queen Lilia Sonata; Ruler of Musaria, Wife to King Silver Tone. Youngest Daughter of Page Turner & Slate Shield. She was made an Alicorn not long after Princess Cadence however her past isn’t clearly known. Queen Lilia is a Serene and Gentle ruler who barely uses her magic unless it is to bring light to her subjects lives. Some would state that she is actually fearful of her magic, leading many to believe that much like Cadence she was not a unicorn before she was turned. She studied under Princess Luna during her teenage years and then left Canterlot to found the small Kingdom of Musaria with her husband.

To the far South of Musaria the open fields turn into a large forest. During the seasons of Winter, Spring, and Summer the forest is quiet, looking normal and inviting to those who need a quiet place to think and find inspiration. However, once Fall comes, the forest transforms into what the locals call “The Rainbow Forest” it is during this time that the annual founding festival takes place. The festival is a week of celebrations where all subjects of Musaria come together to share their talents and artworks.

The Castle Grounds, As you can probably tell, Musaria is kingdom consisting mostly of open fields with a few trees scattered here and there and a clear river runs straight through the territory. Surrounding the castle and keeping it safe are the Sibling Mountains. In total there are nine, (although only 6 are pictured) each named for the muses, the goddesses of music, song and dance, they represent. KLEIO; The Muse of History. EUTERPE; The Muse of Lyric Poetry.  THALEIA; The  Muse of comedy and bucolic poetry. MELPOMENE; The Muse of tragedy. TERPSIKHORE; The  Muse of choral song and dancing. ERATO; The Muse of Erotic Poetry and Mime. POLYHYMNIA; The Muse of Religious Hymns. OURANIA; The Muse of astronomy and astronomical writings. And KALLIOPE; The oldest of the Muses and the muse of Epic Poetry. The Mountain dedicated to her also holds her  shrine and many believe the goddess personally protects the royal family.
