DAY SIX: only low cal healthy foods. Ex: popcorn, fruits/veggies, greek yogurt. If you can’t say the ingredients off the top of your head, it’s off the table!
DAY SEVEN: 500 cals
-RULES-
At least 40 minutes exercising daily except on Day Two, where you exercise for 20
don’t eat junk if you can help it. Nothing greasy, no chips, if you want something sweet you can have a tiny bit of dark chocolate or sweetened yogurt
Before you have any food, you should learn at least 3 facts, study for 15 minutes, or do something productive
caffeine is amazing
gum is great, you can also have it on day 2, day 5, and day 6

Day Seven: 500 cals
Exercise:
30 lunges
30 squats
10 pushups

Guide:
Stay in control, do not binge
Be aware of your surroundings. Really look at things, think about the sun and the soil, and the shades and hues of them.
Avoid stopping. Always move, even if that movement is just bouncing your legs.
Don’t try to lose too fast, or you’ll just lose control.
