what is your artistic inspiration? as in, what media or whatever else influences your art? i'm curious because your style is cute and distinctive, and i wonder what jumpstarted you to develop your skills in the way that you have

honestly this is a hard question for me to answer because i dont really know ! but i dont want to discredit any inspirations i absolutely mightve had over the years, so ill try to make a list of anything i remember off the top of my head :o

i totally grew up drawing a lot of pokemon and mlp, then pivoted into warrior cats and animal jam, and while i never developed my art style to look like the ones in those fandoms, i definitely did start drawing more animals then furries and doing my own thing from there. i also distinctly remember being 12-13 and thinking "im gonna do my own thing" thinking i was THE shit while drawing nothing but shit😭 so maybe a lot of my art style really did just come from my head for a while LOL

these days ive been taking more direct inspo from media i like tho, like bee and puppycat, scott pilgrim, panty and stocking, genshin impact, mob psycho 100, adventure time, omori, cookie run. this part is harder for me to answer because i cant remember a lot of media really inspiring as much as individual artists have such as fourleafisland, ginjaninjaowo, tehstarkat, sovka, unknownspy, i think i was really into neytirix's work for a while too, and the entirety of the toyhouse community as a whole :o

sorry for such a long answer !! i wish i had a more direct response, but i really do just kinda do my own thing for the most part and dont have many direct inspirations :'D my art wouldve improved much faster over the years if i wasnt so afraid of taking inspiration, making mistakes, and learning from others until so recently ^^"
