Hello, Oxiclean here! It has come to our attention that some people have begun using Oxiclean products on their silverware. This cannot continue! Oxiclean products use oxygen as a reactive, which lets rust build on stainless steel, along with other iron based materials. Please take this Oxiclean related notice to heart!

Get the tough stains Out!: Dirt

In a new section we’re calling Get The Tough Stains Out, we’re showing our audience how to get the tough stains out! In this, our first post under this moniker, we’re going to show you all how to deal with dirt, a really nasty customer! 

Initially, if there is wet dirt/mud on the affected area, you may want to continue on with whatever you were doing until it is dry. We suggest waiting, and not touching the mud until it has completely dried! If this does not apply to you, do not bother reading this section.

First, you’ll need to scrape off any excess dirt or mud from the affected area. Do this using anything you can! Such as a butter knife, a brush, or simply your hands! Anything effective will work.

Next, you may want to continue rubbing at the affected area with your finger or thumb, to attempt to get any remaining dirt off that is not ingrained in the shirt removed.

Use a couple of drops of Oxiclean Liquid Laundry Detergent, Sparkling Fresh Scent or Refreshing Lavender & Lily Scent. Rub it into the cloth gently, being careful not to get too zealous!

Wash the garment thoroughly, being careful not to get any mud remaining on the clothing. An accident would be unfortunate!

Repeat the above steps as needed!

- Haha! Just kidding! Arm & Hammer is actually a subsidiary of Church & Dwight Co. Inc. ! We were just testing your Oxiclean brand related knowledge.

- There are 26 (and a half!) Oxiclean products currently for sale in the United States. Four of them are bleach! :)

- Do you know why Oxiclean works so well? It is because of the chemicals!

- Oxiclean was formerly owned by Orange Glo International! It was sold in 2006, but Church and Dwight Co. Inc. had already been doing all of the marketing for the product.

- I know Mister Clean! Haha, I am just kidding. I cannot legally say that!

- Billy Mays played Mister Oxiclean! He died in Tampa Florida, June 28th, 2009. It was not related to Oxiclean in any way! He is no longer with us. Rest in peace Billy! We miss you.

- Did you know? Billy Mays had a son, Billy Mays III! He is a musician. I have not listened to his music, but you should!

Oxiclean White Revive Guide

Hello Oxicleaners! We here at the Oxiclean offices thought that maybe some of you didn’t know how to use Oxiclean White Revive. We made a guide for you! We all really hope that it helps you out. This revolutionary product, hot off of the presses, helps keep white clothing bright!

- Read the instructions on your clothes! If you have removed the tag, as it says not to do, we suggest finding the garment’s information online, where it may be readily available.

- Mix a single scoop of Oxiclean White Revive into a full gallon of boiling water. The boiling water will help the Oxiclean White Revive dilute through the water, and become Oxiclean White Revive Solution.

- Dip your clothes into the Oxiclean White Revive Solution for a minimum of 6 hours, and a minimum of 6.05 hours! Be careful about the timing, haha! ;)

- After the 6 hour to 6.05 hour soak, wash the article(s) of clothing, using an Oxiclean Laundry Detergent Pak. Other detergents will not work as well!

- Have a nice time with your white clothes!
